«Գյումրին առանց տնակների» ծրագրի շրջանակներում սեփականաշնորհվում են չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան քարաշեն տնակները: 

Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը հունվարի 14-ին 10 ընտանիքի հանձնեց իրենց կառույցների անվարձահատույց սեփականաշնորհման որոշումներ ը: Քաղաքապետի հետ հանդիպմանը գյումրեցիները նշեցին, որ նոր բնակարան ունենալու կամ իրենց տարածքները սեփականաշնորհելու հնարավորություն իրենք երբևէ չեն ունեցել և սա համարում են խնդրի լավագույն լուծում:

Այս նախաձեռնության շնորհիվ դեռ 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 18-ին անհատույց սեփականաշնորհման որոշում ստացել էր ևս 10 ընտանիք: «Կան տնակներ, որոնք տարիների ընթացքում երկհարկանի, քարաշեն կառույցներ են դարձել, բայց սեփականաշնորված չէին: Այժմ մինչև 2001 թվականը կառուցված շենք-շինությունները, որոնք չեն խանգարում քաղաքի ճարտարապետական տեսքին և չեն գտնվում կանաչ գոտիներում, սեփականաշնորհվում են»,-նշեց Սամվել Բալասանյանը:

Քաղաքապետարանի համապատասխան բաժնի պաշտոնյանները վստահեցնում են՝ կառույցների անհատույց սեփականաշնորհման որոշումների գործընթացը կլինի շարունակական« սեփականաշնորհման որոշումներ կտրամադրվեն« բայց եթե միայն կառույցները համապատասխանում են բոլոր չափորոշիչներին, չեն գտնվում կանաչ գոտիներում և չեն խանգարում քաղաքաշինական ծրագրերին:

«Գյումրին առանց տնակների» ծրագրի իրագործմամբ՝ քաղաքապետը հոսով է բեկում մտցնել քաղաքի համար այդքան կարևոր անօթևանության լուծման խնդրում:
