Հայաստանի համար այս տարի տնտեսական դժվար տարի է լինելու, սակայն լինելու է նաև փնտրտուքների, նոր բարեփոխումների իրականացման և մոդելների ներդրման տարի: Այս մասին հունվարի 14-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Խոսրով Հարությունյանը: 

«Ցավոք, պետք է ընդգծեմ, որ մեր երկրի համար տնտեսական բարդությունները պայմանավորված են հիմնականում արտաքին գործոններով: Եվ ավելի ցավալի է այն հանգամանքը, որ այսօր աշխարհը գտնվում է մի իրավիճակում, երբ կանխատեսումներ անելը շատ դժվար է: Իսկ այդ դժվարություններին նպաստող գործոններն իրենց էությամբ տնտեսական չեն, այլ քաղաքական են, ուստի նման իրավիճակում շատ դժվար է կանխատեսումներ անել: Օրինակ, շատ դժվար է կանխատեսել, թե ինչ ելք կունենա Ռուսաստան-Արևմուտք առճակատումը, սիրիական հակամարտությունը, Սաուդյան Արաբիա-Իրան հակամարտությունը: Այս բոլոր հակամարտություններում շարժառիթները, միգուցե, տնտեսական են, սակայն իրենց էությամբ դրանք կարելի է ասել աշխարհաքաղաքական են»,- ընդգծեց Հարությունյանը:

Պատգամավորն ընդգծեց, որ սպասվելիք դժվարությունները հաղթահարելու համար Հայաստանը պետք է դիվերսիֆիկացնի ներքին ռեսուրսները: Նրա խոսքով՝ հարկավոր է իրականացնել լուրջ բարեփոխումներ հարկաբյուջետային քաղաքականության մեջ, նվազեցնել կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը, նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծել բիզնես միջավայրի համար: «Ես ցանկանում եմ ընդգծել, որ անցած երկու տարիների ընթացքում կառավարությունը բիզնես միջավայրը բարելավելու ուղղությամբ քայլեր ձեռնարկել է, որոնք օգտակար են: Օրինակ, մեր սահմանամերձ շրջանները վերածվել են առանց հարկերի գործունեության տարածաշրջանների, խթանվել է փոքր և միջին բիզնեսը: Ես վստահ եմ, որ այս բարեփոխումները 2016թ. կլինեն շարունակական»,- ընդգծեց Հարությունյանը:

Փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի համար նպաստավոր պայմանների ստեղծումը, սակայն, պատգամավորը բավարար չի համարում երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում մրցունակ տնտեսություն ունենալու համար: Նրա խոսքով՝ դրա համար հարկավոր է ուղղակի ներդրումների ներգրավմանն ուղղված ակտիվ աշխատանք և շուկաների դիվերսիֆիկացում: «Ես հասկանում եմ, որ այսօր ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլ նաև տարածաշրջանում ուղղակի ներդրումներ ներգրավելը շատ դժվար է, սակայն անհնար չէ: Մենք ունենք այդ հնարավորությունը և պետք է փորձենք ներդրողներին գրավելու համար նոր մոտեցումներ որդեգրել: Հարկավոր է քայլեր ձեռնարկել ներդրողների հնարավոր ռիսկերը կոմպենսացնելու համար: Սա շատ կարևոր խնդիր է, որին մենք պետք է լուծում տանք, որովհետև առանց ուղղակի ներդրումների անհնար է խոսել երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում մրցունակ տնտեսություն կառուցելու մասին»,- ասաց Խոսրով Հարությունյանը:
