Դեռ պարզ չէ, թե Կարեն Անդրեասյանը օրենքով սահմանված կարգով իր առաջին հրաժարականից տասն օր անց հրաժարականի նոր դիմում կներկայացնի, թե ոչ, բայց հասարակական-քաղաքական շրջանակներում արդեն սկսվել է հերթական առնետավազքը: Ավելին, տպավորությունն այնպիսին է, որ որոշ շրջանակներ նույնիսկ անհամբեր այդ օրվան էին սպասում, դեռ մի բան էլ, օմբուցմենի հրաժարականի դիմումը ուշացած են համարում: Աթոռը դեռ չսառած՝ արդեն անուններ են շրջանառվում: Սա, իհարկե, նորմալ է, քանի որ աթոռային կանխատեսումների պակաս երբեք էլ չի եղել: Ավելին, եղել են դեպքեր, որ նույնիսկ այս կամ այն գերատեսչության ղեկավարի նշանակումից ընդամենը օրեր կամ շաբաթներ հետո, չգիտես որտեղից, սկսել են խոսակցություններ տարածվել, թե ուր որ է, նրան էլ են հանելու:

Մեր օմբուցմենի անվան և աթոռի շուրջ պտտվող խոսակցություններն էլ նման էին հիվանդ օրգանիզմում մղվող երկու որակի բջիջների պայքարի: Ու այս ֆոնին շատ բնական է, որ առողջ բջիջը հիվանդների «զոհը» չդառնալու համար կամ պետք է փորձի լքել տարածքը, բայց դրան էլ է չէ՞ժամանակ պետք, կամ փորձի եղածին հարմարվել: Կարեն Անդրեասյանը գոնե այս պահին ընտրել է պայքարի առաջին ուղին: Եվ ինչքան էլ ոմանք օմբուցմենի հրաժարականի դիմումից ուրախանան ու փորձեն ամեն ինչ անել, որ իրենց «մարդուն» այդ աթոռին տեղավորեն, այնուամենայնիվ, հիշեցնենք, որ էս երկրում օրենք կա, կարգ կա, ընթացակարգ կա:

Մի քիչ համբերեք, ո՞վ գիտի, գուցե Կարեն Անդրեասյանը դեռ փոշմանում է ու առաջին դիմումից 10 օր հետո ոչ թե իր հրաժարականի մասին նոր դիմում է ներկայացնում, այլ հետ է վերցնում առաջին դիմումը: Ամեն դեպքում, այս հարցում մի քիչ կոռեկտ լինելը ոչ մեկին չէր խանգարի, առավել ևս, որ այս հրաժարականի տակ բազում հարցականներ կան, որոնք սվաղելը հնարավոր է, որ այնքան էլ հեշտ չլինի:
