ՀՀ իշխանությունները գազի սակագնի իջեցման հարցով ոչ միայն ՌԴ իշխանություններին պետք է դիմեն, այլ նաև՝ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիային»

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հանդիպել է տնտեսվարողների հետ և քննարկել է արտադրության զարգացմանն ուղղված հարցեր: Շատ լավ է, իհարկե, որ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նման հանդիպումներ է կազմակերպում ու իրականացնում, հետաքրքրվում է տնտեսվարողների խնդիրներով, բայց ավելի կլինի, որ այդ խնդիրները լուծվեն և վերջապես մի օր մենք էականորեն դրական ինչ-որ տեղաշարժեր տեսնենք: Իսկ դրանք առայժմ չկան: Օրինակ՝ արտադրողները մտահոգություն են հայտնել տեղական աշխատանքի մրցունակության և աշխատատեղերի պահպանման վրա էներգակիրների բացասական ազդեցության վերաբերյալ: Իսկ արտադրողները վարչապետին ասե՞լ են, որ ԵՏՄ մտնելուց հետո 170 միլիոնանոց ռուսաստանյան շուկա իրենք չեն կարողանում արտադրանք արտահանել, քանի որ Ռուսաստանը պարզապես այդ նույն ապրանքը կներկրի այլ երկրներից, որոնք դա 2-3 անգամ ավելի էժան են տալիս: Նույնիսկ գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքների արտադրությունը, ինչն էլ մենք հիմնականում կարող ենք արտահանել, Հայաստանում բավականին թանկ է նստում և արդյո՞ք դա կախված է միայն էներգակիրների գներից, մի՞թե չկան այլ գործոններ, և կառավարությունը տնտեսվարողների համար չի կարող ավելի լավ պայմաններ ապահովել: Կամ եթե ՀՀ իշխանություններն իսկապես դիմեն ՌԴ իշխանություններին՝ ներմուծվող գազի սակագների իջեցման հարցով, ինչպես որ ասել է վարչապետը, արդյո՞ք այդ իջեցված սակագնով գազը կհասնի տնտեսվարողներին և մեզ: Չէ՞ որ մինչև հասնելը կա նաև «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա», որը պարզապես կարող է հայտարարել, թե իրենց մոտ ծախսեր են գոյացել, և իրենց չեն իջեցնում գազի գինը, մանավանդ նման նախադեպ արդեն եղել է: Այնպես որ տնտեսվարողները պետք է վարչապետին խնդրեին, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները գազի սակագնի իջեցման հարցով ոչ միայն ՌԴ իշխանություններին դիմեն, այլ նաև «Գազպրոմ Արմենիային»:

Դե իհարկե, դրականն էլ պետք է նշեմ այստեղ. դա այն է, որ հանդիպման ժամանակ վարչապետն անթույլատրելի է համարել արտադրողների ձեռնարկություններում որևէ աշխատատեղի կրճատումը և ասել է, որ կառավարությունը տարբեր գործիքներով կաջակցի արտադրողներին՝ աշխատատեղերի պահպանման համար: Գոնե այդ մի հարցում կորուստ չենք ունենա, աշխատատեղեր չեն կրճատվի, գործազրկություն չի ավելանա, թե չէ առանց այն էլ ժողովրդի սոցիալական բեռն այս տարի միայն ավելանում է:
