Իրանի կողմից միջուկային ծրագրերի մասին համաձայնագրի պահանջների կատարման արդյունքում ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի կողմից Իրանի դեմ պատժամիջոցների չեղարկումը շատ մեծ միջազգային արձագանք ստացավ և ողջունվեց գրեթե բոլոր երկրների կողմից: Նույնիսկ Ռուսաստանը ողջունեց այդ որոշումը՝ համարելով դա միակ ճիշտ քայլը Օբամայի արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ: Արդեն իրենց դրական կարծիքներն են հյատնել ՄԱԿ-ը, Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Ավստրալիան, Ճապոնիան, Չինաստանը, Իրանի ղեկավարությունը: Նույնիսկ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը, ի զարմանս շատերի, անմիջապես արձագանքել է և ողջունել Իրանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցների վերացումը: Մի խոսքով, գոհ են գրեթե բոլորը, բայց ինչու գրեթե. որովհետև, այնուամենայնիվ, կա մի պետություն, որի «նստատեղը», մեղմ ասած, կարծես թե մրմռում է իր դաշնակից ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահի այս որոշումից: Բնական է, որ խոսքս Թուրքիայի և մանավանդ Ադրբեջանի հավատարիմ բարեկամ, իր հակահայկական քաղաքականությամբ հայտնի Իսրայելի մասին է:

Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենիամին Նեթյանյահուն արդեն հասցրել է հանդես գալ հայտարարությամբ և ասել, որ Իրանը, միևնույն է, առաջվա պես մտադիր է ունենալ միջուկային զենք և միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է զգոն լինի բոլոր հարցերում, որոնք կապված են Թեհրանի գործողությունների հետ: Բայց սա արդեն այն դեպքը չէ, երբ Իսրայելը միանշանակ կարողանում է էական ազդեցություն ունենալ միջազգային գործընթացների վրա: Այս անգամ Նեթանյահուի հայտարարությունը կարծես անտեսվեց, որովհետև միջազգային կառույցներն արդեն իրենց որոշումն ընդունել են: Իսրայելին մնում է առայժմ ջղաձգումների մեջ լինելն ու և Իրանի դեմ նոր դավեր նյութելու ծրագրեր կազմելը: Չի բացառվում, որ ԱՄՆ-ում էլ ավելի կակտիվանա հրեական լոբբին՝ ընդդեմ Իրանի:

Ամեն դեպքում Իրանի դեմ պատժամիջոցների չեղարկումը ձեռնտու է Հայաստանին՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ մենք հարևան Իրանի հետ ունենք տնտեսական համագործակցություն և բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ: Իսկ Իսրայելին կարելի է մաղթել «բարի» ջղաձգումներ:
