Եվրախորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում (ԵԽԽՎ) Ռուսաստանի պատվիրակությունը ԵԽԽՎ-ի ձմեռային նստաշրջանին չի մասնակցի՝ Ուկրաինայում  տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների կապակցությամբ նրան լիազորություններից զրկելու պատճառով: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է Արմենպրեսը, լրագրողներին պատմել Է պատվիրակության փոխղեկավար Լեոնիդ Սլուցկին:

«Ներկայում ԵԽԽՎ-ի ղեկավար Անն Բրասերի անունով Ռուսաստանի խորհրդարանի պալատների խոսնակների ստորագրությամբ նամակ Է ուղարկվում այն մասին, որ 2016 թվականի համար ՌԴ-ի պատվիրակության լիազորությունները կպահանջվեն ավելի ուշ: Հունվարյան նստաշրջանը մենք բաց կթողնենք»,-դիվանագետի խոսքը մեջբերում Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Սլուցկու խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը ԵԽԽՎ կվերադառնա միայն իր պատվիրակության լիազորությունների երաշխավորված վերականգնման դեպքում: «Ինչպես հայտարարել Է Պետդումայի խոսնակ Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը, մենք չենք հանդուրժի ոչ մի խտրականություն, ՌԴ-ի պատվիրակության նկատմամբ ցանցակած պատժամիջոց անընդունելի Է»,-ասել Է դիվանագետը:

Ավելի վաղ ռուսական պատվիրակությունը հայտարարել Էր մինչեւ 2015 թվականի վերջը ԵԽԽՎ-ի աշխատանքին մասնակցելուց հրաժարվելու մասին:

2015 թվականի հունվարի վերջին Վեհաժողովը բանաձեւ Էր ընդունել, որում հաստատել Է ՌԴ-ի պատվիրակությանը ձայնի իրավունքից, կանոնադրական մարմինների նիստերին մասնակցելու իրավունքից եւ Վեհաժողովի մոնիթորինգային գործունեությանը մասնակեցուլու հնարավորությունից զրկելը:
