ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի անդամ Հրանտ Մարգարյանը հայտարարել է, որ ՀՅԴ-ն մասնակցում է կոալիցիոն կառավարություն կազմելու բանակցություններին և սկզբունքորեն տվել է իր համաձայնությունը: Մինչ այս հանրապետական պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Սահակյանը ևս չէր հերքել կոալիցիոն բանակցությունները:

Առաջին հայացքից թվում է՝ իրերի նման զարգացման մեջ տարօրինակ ոչինչ չկա, քանի որ ՀՅԴ-ն, բնականաբար, իր բաժինն էր ուզելու իշխանական կարկանդակից Սահմանադրության փոփոխության խայտառակ հանրաքվեն լեգիտիմացնելուց հետո, սակայն իրականում մենք գործ ունենք առավել խորքային գործընթացների հետ, որոնք կատարվում են հենց ՀՀԿ-ի ներսում:

Բանն այն է, որ 2016-ը խոստանում է լինել ծանր տարի Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կառավարության համար նախ և առաջ օբյեկտիվ տնտեսական պատճառներով՝ ռուբլու արժեզրկում, տրանսվերների կրճատում և այլն: Թերևս հենց սրանով էլ պայմանավորված վարչապետը օպտիմալացում է նախաձեռնել կառավարության առավել ուռճացված ստորաբաժանումներում:

Սակայն օպտիմալացումը առաջ է բերելու ՀՀԿ-ի ներսում որոշակի լարվածության, քանի որ վարչապետի նշած բյուրոկրատական ուռճացումը արդյունք է Հանրապետական կլանի բոլոր ներկայացուցիչներին դժգոհ չթողնելու սկզբունքի և այժմ արդեն, օպտիմալացման պայմաններում, կամա թե ակամա, վարչակարգի ներսում կատարվելու է ուժերի վերադասավորում: Վերջինս կորոշի, թե Հանրապետականի ներսում գործող ոչ պաշտոնական ֆրակցիաներից որի ներկայացուցիչները կօպտիմալացվեն: Սրան գումարվում է նաև Դաշնակցության հետ կոալիցիայի տեսլականը, որը կրճատում է իշխանական կարկանդակի մասնաբաժինների թիվը:

Այս փաստն արդեն իսկ անհանգստություն է առաջացնում Հանրապետական որոշ շրջանակներում և ամենայն հավանականությամբ հենց սրանով էր պայմանավորված ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանի ջղաձիգ ժխտումներն առ այն, թե որևէ կոալիցիոն բանակցություն չկա, և դրանց մասին բոլոր լուրերը ստահոդ են: Իր այս պնդումներով թերևս Գալուստ Սահակյանի ժառանգորդը ձգտում  էր տեսնել ցանկալին իրականության փոխարեն, սակայն առկա հայաստանյան վարչակարգում ընդհանրապես, իսկ Հանրապետական կուսակցության ներսում, մասնավորապես, գործում է միայն  Սերժ Սարգսյանի իրականությունը, որից հնարավոր է՝ տեղյակ չէ Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը:

Իսկ իրականությունն այն է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը 2017-ին ընդառաջ գնում է վարչախմբի կազմի փոփոխության՝ կոալիցիա կազմելով Դաշնակցության հետ: Ընդ որում՝ պետք է նշել, որ բովանդակային առումով վարչակարգի փոփոխության սպասելը, մեղմ ասած, միամտություն է, քանի որ ցանկացած կառավարության կազմի դեպքում Սերժ Սարգսյանն իր ձեռքում է պահելու վերահսկող բոլոր լծակներն ու կոմպրոմատները, ավելին, հնարավոր է, որ Դաշնակցության հետ կոալիցիա կազմելով՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը երկակի խաղ է խաղում Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին և Հանրապետական կուսակցության ներսում աբրահամյանական թևը առավել կառավարելի ու կանխատեսելի դարձնելու համար:

Այս տեսանկյունից պետք է համաձայնենք, որ նմանօրինակ ինտրիգներում Սերժ Սարգսյանը գրեթե հավասարը չունի: Իսկ թե ինչ դեր է խաղալու Դաշնակցությունը Սերժ Սարգսյանի այս սցենարում, պարզ կդառնա առաջիկա օրերին:
