Ким вышла замуж за музыкального продюсера Дэймона Томоса в далеком 2000 (ей на тот момент было 19). Брак продлился 3 года. Ким после признавалась, что имело место домашнее насилие. Дэймон все обвинения опровергал.

Рэй Джей (парень с того самого видео)

Ким не долго горевала и после развода начала встречаться с певцом Рэй Джеем (он как-то упомянул, что Ким изменяла с ним мужу №1). Они то встречались, то расставались. Окончательно расстались в 2007, когда было обнародовано(анонимным источником) их "домашнее видео", снятое в 2003. Ким подала в суд на Vivi Entertainment, которые распространяли видео как фильм под названием "Kim K Superstar" и отсудила $5млн(!).

В 2006 ходили слухи о романе с Ником Лише, который на тот момент только развелся с Джессикой Симпсон. Парочку несколько раз подлавливали в клубах.

Ким и американский футболист Реджи Буш встречались с 2007 по 2010. Ходили слухи о помолвке, однако, в 2010 они расстались, сказав, что виной всему большая занятость и загруженные графики.

Майлз Остин. 
После Реджи у Ким был роман с еще одним футболистом, Майлзом Остином. Они познакомились в 2010. В том же году и расстались. (говорят, парень оказался не достаточно звездным для Ким)

Австралийский телохранитель Шенго Дин.
"Как в кино..." - только это и было в кино, а точнее в телешоу) В 2010 на  глазах у зрителей шоу "Keeping up with the Kardashians" у Ким завязался бурный роман с австралийским бодигардом Шенго. Свидания, страстные поцелуи и Ким, покидающая его номер рано утром....За пределы одного эпизода дело не вышло.

Габриэль Обри.
Ким была свободна, а манекенщик Габриэль Обри только что расстался с Хэлли Берри. Их видели вместе на баскетболе, и пару раз застукали на свиданиях.

Муж №2. Крис "72 дня" Хамфрис.
С игроком NBA Крисом Хамфрисом Ким познакомилась в 2010. Спустя 7 месяцев они обручились. Роскошная свадьба состоялась в августе 2011. Через 72 дня Ким подала на развод, объяснив это тем, что несчастна в браке.

В 2012 Ким объявила о романе со своим давним другом Канье Уэстом.
