ՌԴ անասնաբուժական և բուսասանիտարական հսկողության դաշնային ծառայությունը հունվարի 20-ից ժամանակավոր արգելք է մտցրել դաբաղ հիվանդությանն ընկալունակ կենդանի կենդանիների՝ խոզերի, խոշոր և մանր կենդանիների, դրանց գենետիկ նյութի և մսի, վերամշակում չանցած ենթամթերքի, ինչպես նաև ջերմային մշակում չանցած կաթ-կաթնամթերքի, ու տվյալ կենդանիների հումքի՝ Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան ներմուծման համար:

Դեկտեմբեր ամսին Արմավիրի մարզի ՝ Թուրքիային սահմանակից գյուղերից մեկում գրանցվել է կենդանիների դաբաղ հիվանդության մեկ դեպք, որի մասին էլ Հայաստանը, որպես Կենդանիների առողջության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության անդամ, տեղյակ է պահել կառույցին, ինչպես նաև ԵԱՏՄ գործընկերներին: Հարևան երկրներում՝ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունում և Թուրքիայի Հանրապետությունում վերջերս գրանցվել են նոր՝ AG-VII շճատեսակով դաբաղ հիվանդության դեպքեր, որն օրերս է հաստատվել ռեֆերենս լաբորատորիայում: Հենց այս տիպի դաբաղն է գրանցվել հարևան երկրներում: Նոր տիպի դեմ պայքարող պատվաստանյութն արդեն պատվիրվել է ողջ տարվա համար: Մինչև այսօր հանրապետությունում օգտագործվող պատվաստանյութը հնարավորություն չէր ընձեռնում կենդանիների մոտ ստանալ պատշաճ վարակամերժություն՝ հաշվի առնելով հիվանդության նոր տիպը: 

Կենդանիների առողջության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության պայմաններին համապատասխան՝ հանրապետությունում իրականացվել են կանխարգելիչ անասնահամաճարակային անհրաժեշտ բոլոր միջոցառումները, պետպատվերի շրջանակներում դաբաղի դեմ կրկնակի պատվաստումներ են իրականացվել: Վարակի տարածքում մինչ այսօր հիվանդության նոր դեպք չի գրանցվել: 
Հարկ նշել, որ բացի վերը նշված ապրանքատեսակներից՝ մնացած բոլոր ապրանքները՝ այդ թվում մսամթերքը, կաթնամթերքը և ձկնամթերքն անարգել արտահանվում են ՌԴ տարածք: 

Երեկ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ առաջիկայում Հայաստան կժամանի ՌԴ անասնաբուժական և բուսասանիտարական հսկողության դաշնային ծառայության պետի տեղակալը՝ տեղում ծանոթանալու կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների ընթացքին:
