Խուճապ ու անորոշություն Air France ավիաընկերության Ա-320 օդանավում: Փարիզից Երեւան ժամանող լայները միայն երկրորդ փորձից հետո է կարողացել վայրէջք կատարել «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում: Վայրէջքի ժամանակ օդանավը թեքվել է ձախ կողմի վրա: Անձնակազմը երկրորդ անգամ է օդ բարձրացել: «Արմենիա» հեռուստաընկերության օպերատորը, որը նույնպես ուղեւորների թվում է եղել, պատմում է, որ առաջին վայրէջքի ժամանակ օդանավն ուժեղ ցնցվել է:
Օդանավում եղել է ավելի քան 200 ուղեւոր: Նրանց խոսքով, որեւէ բան չի հաղորդվել, թե ինչու է օդանավը կրկին օդում, ինչն էլ անհանգստություն է առաջացրել: Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Վիկտոր Սողոմոնյանը նույնպես ուղեւոր է եղել: Նա խուճապի ականատես չի եղել:

«Էյր Ֆրանս»-ի երկրորդ շրջապտույտն իրականացվել է ընկերության շահագործման ուղեցույցով: Դա ստանդարտ գործընթաց է, որը կիրառում են բոլոր ավիաընկերությունները, որոնք երաշխավորում են ուղեւորների եւ չվերթի անվտանգությունը, ինչը «Էյր Ֆրանս»-ի առաջնահերթությունն է: «Էյր Ֆրանս»-ը ցավ է հայտնում, որ մամուլում ու սոցցանցերում շրջանառվում են ոչ հավաստի աղբյուրների ոչ ստույգ տեղեկություններ: «Էյր Ֆրանս»-ը մամուլին խնդրում է ավելի մեծ պատասխանատվություն ստանձնել հրապարակվող նյութերի բովանդակության նկատմամբ:
Ուղեւորները պատմում են, որ 2-րդ անգամ օդ բարձրացած օդանավը շրջապտույտ է կատարել եւ մոտ քառասուն րոպե ուշացումով վայրէջք կատարել: Երկրորդ վայրէջքը նույնպես, ըստ ականատեսների, փափուկ չի եղել: Վայրէջքից հետո մի ուղեւոր ուշագնաց է եղել, որին բուժօգնություն է ցույց տրվել:
