Եվրախորհրդարանը ՌԴ-ին կոչ է արել չմիջամտել Ուկրաինայի, Վրաստանի և Մոլդովայի հակամարտություններին

 Ռուսաստանը պետք է դադարեցնի ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի միջամտությունը Վրաստանում, Մոլդովայում և Ուկրաինայում առկա հակամարտություններին, ինչպես նաև չպետք է խոչընդոտի այդ երկրների` Եվրոպական Միության հետ մտերմանալու քայլերին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, վկայակոչելով Deutsche welle-ն, այս մասին ասված է հունվարի 21-ին Եվրախորհրդարանի ընդունած բանաձևում:

Բանաձևում Եվրախորհրդարանը ողջունում է այն առաջընթացը, որ գրանցել են Կիևը, Քիշնևը և Թբիլիսին ԵՄ Ասոցացման ու Խորը և համապարփակ ազատ առևտրի համաձայնագրով նախատեսված բարեփոխումների իրականացման ուղղությամբ:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Եվրախորհրդարանը նկատել է, որ այդ երեք երկրներում շարունակում են չլուծված հարցեր մնալ: Մասնավորապես, նշվում է, որ Վրաստանում խնդիրներ կան` կապված արդարատության համակարգի անկախության հետ: Խոսելով Ուկրաինայի մասին` Եվրախորհրդարանը նշել է, որ Եվրոպական Միության հետ Ուկրաինայի մերձեցման հիմնական խոչընդոտը շարունակում է մնալ կոռուպցիան:

Բանաձևում քննադատության է ենթարկվում այն, որ Ռուսաստանը դադարեցրել է ազատ առևտուրը Ուկրաինայի հետ ու ողջունվում է Ուկրաինայի կողմից Ռուսասատանից մի շարք ապրանքների ներմուծման արգելումը: Բացի այդ, Եվրախորհրդարանը ԵՄ անդամ երկրներին կոչ է անում  ՌԴ-ին թույլ չտալ կառուցել նոր գազատարներ, որոնք կշրջանցեն Ուկրաինան: Մասնավորապես, խոսքը գնում է «Հարավային հոսք 2» ծրագրի մասին: 

Եվրախորհրդարանը ողջունել է Ուկրաինայի և Վրաստանի հետ վիզային ռեժիմը վերացնելու Եվրահանձնաժողովի դիրքորոշումը և հույս է հայտնել, որ Եվրոպայի խորհուրդը և ԵՄ անդամ երկրները սեղմ ժամկետներում քայլեր կձեռնարկեն այդ երկրների հետ առանց վիզային ռեժիմի հաղորդակցման ուղղությամբ:
