«ԱՄՆ-ը վերջին տարիներին մտավախություն ուներ կորցնել համաշխարհային գերտերության, համաշխարհային ոստիկանի, համաշխարհային դատավորի իր կարգավիճակը: Գնալով ուժեղանում, կայունանում և լուրջ դերակատարում է ձեռք բերում Եվրամիությունը, եվրոպական առաջատար պետությունները` Գերմանիան, Մեծ Բրիտանիան և Ֆրանսիան: Նրանք զարմանալիորեն համեմատաբար հանգիստ, գրեթե առանց լուրջ ցնցումների տարան նաև համաշխահային տնտեսական ճգնաժամերը: Եվրամիության հզորացումը քիչ էր, աշխարհաքաղաքական և տնտեսական մրցապայքարում սկսեց լուրջ նախանձախնդրություն դրսևորել և հաճախակի իր մասին հիշեցնել նաև Ռուսաստանը:
ԱՄՆ-ը ողջունելով ԵՄ արևելյան գործընկերության ծրագրերը, կամա թե ակամա ստիպեց արագացնել այդ գործընթացը և քողարկված ու շատ փութաջանորեն սկսեց օգտագործել ուկրաինական խաղաքարտը: Վրաց-օսական կոնֆլիկտի ընթացքում նա պարտություն կրեց և այդ ճգնաժամը հետագա զարգացումներ չունեցավ: Դե իսկ Ուկրաինա-Ռուսաստան-Եվրամիություն հակամարտությունը կարծես նվեր լիներ ԱՄՆ-ին և հիմարություն կլիներ չօգտվել այդ պատեհ առիթից…
ԱՄՆ-ին հաջողվեց իրագործել իր գլխավոր երազանքը` թուլացնել Եվրամիությանը, եվրոպական առաջատար երկրներին և Ռուսատանին: Ընդամենը <<մի կրակոցով>>` թուլացնելով Ուկրաինային, Ռուսաստանին բնականաբար թուլացնում է նաև ԵՄ-ին…Ներքաշելով կոնֆլիկտի մեջ և հետագայում որդեգրելով անհաշտ ու կոշտ քաղաքականություն, ընդունելով դիտորդի և համաշխարհային դատավորի կարգավիճակ, ԱՄՆ-ը իրավիճակը օբյեկտիվորեն հարթելու փոխարեն, որդեգրեց Ռուսաստանին պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու քաղաքականությունը:
Քաղաքացիական պատերազմը, տնտեսության քայքայումը, լարված, անորոշ իրավիճակը, պարբերական պատժամիջոցները Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ` բումերանգի նման հարվածեց և հարվածում է նաև ԵՄ-ին, եվրոպական բոլոր պետություններին առհասարակ:
Իհարկե եվրոպական երկրները գիտակցում են այդ և դժվարությամբ, սակայն երբեմն-երբեմն խուսափում են Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցներից, գիտակցելով որ ԱՄՆ-ի այդ քաղաքականությունից մեծապես տուժում են նաև իրենք, իրենց տնտեսությունը և հարցականի տակ դնում ԵՄ հետագա գոյությունն առհասարակ:
ԱՄՆ-ից բացի` իր դիտորդի հրճվալից կարգավիճակն է <<վայելում>> նաև Մեծ Բրիտանիան: Թուլանում է Գերմանիան, օրեցօր թուլացնելով իր տնտեսությունը պատժամիջոցների բումերանգի սինդրոմի պատճառով: Մեծ Բրիտանիան հրճվանքով ընդունելով այդ <<նվերը>>, հիմա էլ փորձում է թուլացնել նաև Ֆրանսիային, պահանջելով կասեցնել <<Միստրալ>> ուղղաթիռների սարքավորումների վաճառքը Ռուսաստանին և մի շարք այլ պատժամիջոցներ, որոնք էականորեն կազդեն Ֆրանսիայի տնտեսության վրա և կառաջացնեն ֆրանսիացիների արդարացի դժգոհությունը:
Բրիտանա-ամերիկյան, <<ազգակցական>> դարավոր դիվանագիտությունը փաստորեն տոնում է իր հերթական հաղթանակը, մեկ հարվածով թուլացնելով եվրոպական պետություններին և Ռուսաստանին…
