Վաղը ԵԽԽՎ-ում կկայանա հակահայկական բանաձևերի նախագծերի վերաբերյալ քվեարկությունը: Արդյունքներն իրոք անկանխատեսելի են, սակայն միևնույն ժամանակ չպետք է մոռանալ, որ դրանք ճակատագրական չեն:
Նախագծերի տապալման դեպքում Ադրբեջանը ևս մեկ անգամ կհասկանա, որ անգամ միլիոնավոր նավթադոլարներով ոչ միշտ է հաջողվում սեփական կեղծիքները և աղավաղված փաստերն առաջ տանել, ավելին՝ ներկայացնել որպես եվրոպական որևէ կառույցի մոտեցում: Մյուս կողմից ԵԽԽՎ-ն հավատարիմ կմնա իր առաքելությանը և չի խոչընդոտի ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ գործունեությանը, հենց որին էլ պատկանում է Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման մանդատը: 
Նախագծերը հաստատման արդյունքում որևէ էական ազդեցություն չեն կարող ունենալ Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացի վրա: ԵԽԽՎ խորհրդատվական մարմին է, իսկ նրա կողմից ընդունված որոշումները որևէ իրավական ուժ չունեն, ուստի դրանք չեն կարող ստիպել ՀՀ-ին կամ ԼՂՀ-ին կատարել սեփական շահերից չբխող որևէ քայլ: Հակահայկական բանաձևերի հաստատումը կարող է ունենալ միայն մեկ հնարավոր բացասական հետևանք՝ սահմանային լարվածության աճը: Որևէ երաշխիք չկա, որ Ալիևը ԵԽԽՎ բանաձևերը տնտեսական խնդիրներից տառապող իր հանրությանը չի ներկայացնի որպես ԵԽԽՎ աջակցություն «իրենց ճշմարիտ պայքարին» և կրկին կդիմի հասարակության ուշադրությունը շեղող իր ավանդական գործիքին՝ սահմաններում իրավիճակը սրելուն:
Անկախ վաղվա քվեարկության արդյունքներից՝ Հայաստանի համար այս բանաձևերը պետք է լինեն բավական լավ դաս՝ ԵԽԽՎ-ում պատվիրակության գործելաոճի փոփոխման, նոր ռազմավարության կիրառման առումով:
