Քաղաքականության մեջ ամենահեշտ բանը իշխանություններին քննադատելն է, շատ ավելի հեշտ ու անպատասխանատու է նրանց հայհոյելը: Սա օրինաչափ է, առավել ևս, որ հայաստանյան իրականության մեջ իշխանությունները բոլոր հիմքերը ստեղծել են քննադատվելու, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում նույնիսկ հայհոյանքի արժանանալու համար:

Բոլորովին այլ է իրավիճակը, երբ քննադատության թիրախը ընդդիմությունն է: Սա չափազանց անշնորհակալ գործ է, քանի որ ընդդիմադիր գործունեությամբ զբաղված անհատը, կուսակցությունը կամ ուժը ցանկացած քննադատություն անձնական վիրավորանք է ընկալում և ըստ այդմ էլ սկսում անձնական վիրավորանքների մակարդակով պատասխանել օբյեկտիվ քննադատությանը, որն ի դեպ նույն ընդդիմության կողմից կարող էր օգտագործվել սխալները կամ թերությունները շտկելու համար:

Իրավիճակն ավելի է բարդանում, երբ այս կամ այն ընդդիմադիր ուժի (անհատի) գործունեության քննադատությամբ է հանդես գալիս մեկ այլ ընդդիմադիր ուժ: Այստեղ արդեն քաղաքական գործընթացը, բանավեճը կամ մրցակցությունը հապճեպորեն իր տեղը զիջում է «բեսեդկի» մակարդակի լեզվակռվի, հին ու նոր «մեղքերը» վերհիշելու, բամբասանքի մակարդակի մեղադրանքների և այլն:

Դժվար է ասել՝ այդօրինակ քաղաքական ուժերը գիտակցո՞ւմ են, թե՞ ոչ, որ նմանօրինակ թնջուկներից ամենաշատը տուժում է հայաստանյան հանրությունը և հասարակական-քաղաքական կյանքը, ամենայն հավանկանությամբ, ոչ, քանի որ դժվար է սպասել քաղաքական մշակույթի ձևավորում այնպիսի քաղաքական ուժից, որն ամեն պատեհ ու անպատեհ առիթով փողոցային մակարդակի «բազարի» մեջ է մտնում մեկ այլ ուժի կամ գործչի հետ:

Այս պատճառով է նաև, որ քաղաքական միջավայրում այդպես էլ չի ձևավորվում քաղաքական բանավեճի կամ երկխոսության մշակույթը և այստեղ արդեն հերթական անգամ հնարավոր չէ մեղադրել իշխանությանը, քանի որ երևույթը վերաբերում է մերօրյա քաղաքական ուժերի ճնշող մեծամասնությանը՝ անկախ նրանից քաղաքական ուժը կամ խումբը որ ճամբարում է գտնվում:

Ի դեպ, որպես կանոն, ընդդիմադիր դաշտում գտնվող քաղաքական ուժերը երբեմն շատ ավելի կատաղի են ցեխ շպրտում միմյանց և ոչ թե իշխանության վրա: Նման իրավիճակի պահպանումը որևէ հեռանկար չի տալիս, որ 2017-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո մենք կունենանք որակապես ավելի բարձր քաղաքական միջավայր ու մշակույթ, անկախ նրանից՝ խորհրդարանակա՞ն, թե՞ միապետական կառավարման մոդել կգործի երկրում:
