 ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեն 2016 թվականի ընթացքում նախատեսում է ձևավորել գույքահարկի և հողի հարկի 2017-2019թթ. հարկման բազաներ: Ինչպես փոխանցում  Արմենպրեսը՝ այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքների իրականացումն ընդգրկված է ՀՀ կառավարության 2016 թվականի գերակա ծրագրերի թվում:

«Գույքահարկի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 5-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ կետի պահանջների համաձայն անշարժ գույքի կադաստր վարող լիազոր մարմնի կողմից 2016-ի հուլիսի 1-ի դրությամբ հաշվառված տվյալներով կկատարվի գույքահարկով հարկվող օբյեկտ համարվող շենքեր, շինությունների գնահատում (վերագնահատում)՝ հաշվի առնելով շենքեր, շինությունների մաշվածությունը (շահագործման տևողությունը) բնութագրող գործակիցները 2016 թ.-ի դրությամբ: Դրա արդյունքում էլ կձևավորվի ՀՀ գույքահարկի 2017-2019թթ. հարկման բազան:

Ընթացիկ տարվա հուլիսի 1-ի դրությամբ գնահատման  արդյունքում ձևավորված գույքահարկի և հողի հարկի 2017-2019թթ. հարկման բազաները կտեղադրվեն ՀՀ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների համար հասանելի Անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի պաշտոնական ինտերնետային կայքում` սահմանված ամփոփ ցուցակների ձևատեսքով: Այն հնարավորություն կընձեռի տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններին իրականացնել 2017-2019թթ. գույքահարկի և հողի հարկի հաշվառումն ու գանձումը:
