ՀՅԴ-ում հունվարի 30-ին Գերագույն մարմնի հրավերով տեղի է ունեցել ընդլայնված խորհրդակցություն, որին մասնակցել են Դաշնակցության Հայաստանի կառույցի 50 կոմիտեների և տասը մարզային կոմիտեների շուրջ 80 ներկայացուցիչներ: Բացելով հանդիպումը` ՀՅԴ Գերագույն մարմնի ներկայացուցիչ Աղվան Վարդանյանը համառոտ անդրադարձել է ներքաղաքական զարգացումներին, օրակարգային, առաջնահերթ խնդիրներին` տվյալ համատեքստու մ կարևորելով ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի կառույցի քաղաքական դերակատարությունը:

ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի ներկայացուցիչ Հրանտ Մարգարյանը, հանգամանալից ներկայացնելով վերջին շրջանում երկրում ընթացող ներքաղաքական գործընթացները, անդրադարձել է սոցիալական, քաղաքական ու տնտեսական կյանքում ՀՅԴ ունեցած և նրանից ակնկալվող դերակատարությանը: 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՅԴ ԳՄ մամլո դիվանից, առանձնակի քննության առարկա դարձնելով ՀՅԴ հանրահայտ 7 կետերը` ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի ներկայա ցուցիչը որոշակի գոհունակություն է հայտնել վերոհիշյալ կետերի շուրջ արձանագրված դրական լուծումների կապակցությամբ, խոսեց իշխանության հետ հնարավոր համագործակցության սպասելիքների և ձևաչափերի մասին: Ներկա հանգրվանում Հրանտ Մարգարյանն իբրև քաղաքական ձեռքբերում է որակել նոր Սահմանադրության ընդունումը, ուր իրացվել են ՀՅԴ հիմնական սկզբունքներն ու մոտեցումները երկրի կառավարման մոդելի և մի շարք կարևորագույն քաղաքական խնդիրների շուրջ:

Անդրադառնալով հետսահմանադրական ընթացքին` բանախոսը կարևորել է ՀՅԴ քաղաքական դերակատարությունն ու պատասխանատվությունը երկրում առկա սոցիալական, տնտեսական ու աշխարհաքաղաքական մարտահրավերները դիմագրավելու առումով: Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում հատկապես ընդգծվել են ներկուսակցության խնդիրները` կուսակցության ընդլայնումն ու կազմակերպվածությունը դիտելով որպես ամենօրյա արդյունավետ աշխատանքի նախապայման:

Խորհրդակցությանը հաջորդող հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում արծարծվել են և պարզաբանումներ տրվել իշխանության հետ հնարավոր համագործակցության բովանդակության և ձևաչափի շուրջ: Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել շարունակել հանդիպումների շարքը` առավել հանգամանալից քննելու ՀՅԴ ներքաղաքական և ներկուսակցական օրակարգերը:
