Ռուսաստանի հետաքննչական կոմիտեն բացահայտել է Իվանովոյի քաղաքային դումայի 6-րդ գումարման ադրբեջանցի պատգամավոր Շառաֆ Մամեդովի կողմից իր դեմ բացված քրեական գործը փակելու   համար Իվանովոյի մարզային դումայի փոխնախագահ Վյաչեսլավ Սվերչկովին 12 մլն ռուբլի կաշառք տալու փաստը:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» գործակալությունը, հետաքննության վարկածով` այդ փողի դիմաց այն ժամանակ Իվանովոյի ղեկավար Սվերչկովը պետք է օժանդակեր, որպեսզի Իվանովոյի հողօգտագործման եւ շինարարության գծով քաղաքային վարչության հանձնաժողովը դրական եզրակացություն տար Մամեդովի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող ընկերություններին 37 հողակտորներ հատկացնելու դիմումներին` առեւտրային օբյեկտների շինարարության համար:

Կաշառք վերցնելու համար Վյաչեսլավ Սվերչկովին 8-ից 15 տարի, իսկ կաշառք տալու համար Սառաֆ Մամեդովին` 7-ից 12 տարի ազատազրկում է սպասվում:

Ծննդով Ադրբեջանից Սառաֆ Մամեդովը Իվանովոյի «Թիվ 2 բեռնատար ավտոտրանսպորտային ձեռնարկության» տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահն է: Հանդիսացել է Իվանովոյի քաղաքային դումայի 4-6-րդ գումարումների պատգամավոր: Ռուսաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի ժողովուրդների միջեւ բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունների զարգացման եւ ամրապնդման գործում ունեցած ներդրման համար Սառաֆ Մամեդովը պարգեւատրվել է Ադրբեջանի պետական «Թեռեգի» մեդալով: Նա բազմաթիվ այլ պարգեւներ էլ ունի:
