ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական կոմիտեն կարևորում է արտասահմանյան կառույցների հետ համագործակցությունը

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական կոմիտեն կարևորում է միջազգային փորձի ներդրման նպատակով արտասահմանյան կառույցների հետ համագործակցությունը: Այս մասին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության ընդլայնված խորհրդի նիստում նշեց ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ, արդարադատության գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Վահրամ Շահինյանը:

«2015 թվականի ձեռքբերումներից է նաև մեր երկրի առանձնահատկությունների հաշվառմամբ ծառայության աշխատանքներում միջազգային փորձի ներդրման նպատակով արտասահմանյան տարբեր երկրներում ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության գործառույթներն իրականացնող կառույցների հետ համագործակցության ստեղծմանը միտված գործընթացը»,- նշեց Վահրամ Շահինյանը:

Նրա խոսքով` այդ նպատակով ծառայության ղեկավարությունը 2015 թվականին սկսել է մեր երկրում հավատարմագրված, զարգացած իրավական համակարգ և օրենսդրություն ունեցող օտարերկրյա մի շարք պետությունների դեսպանների հետ հանդիպումները (ԱՄՆ, Ճապոնիա)` համանման կառույցների մեծ փորձն ուսումնասիրելու և հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի ու քննության մեթոդիկայի կատարելագործման նպատակով այդ կառույցների հետ միջազգային կապեր ստեղծելու և համագործակցելու նպատակով:

2016 թվականին այս ուղղությամբ ծրագրված միջոցառումները շարունակվելու են (Շվեյցարիա, Արգենտինա, Իտալիա):

«Կարծում եմ առանձնահատուկ պետք է նշել, որ ծառայության այս և շատ ու շատ այլ ձեռքբերումների հարցում մեծ ներդրում ունեն օպերատիվ-հետախուզական գործունեություն իրականացնող ՀՀ ոստիկանության և ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունների մեր գործընկերները, ինչպես նաև նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազները»,-շեշտեց Վահրամ Շահինյանը` համոզմունք հայտնելով, որ 2016 թվականին իրավապահ կառույցների հետ համագործակցությունը շարունակվելու է:
