Այսօր Հայաստանում մոդա է քաղբանտարկյալի, հալածյալի անուն հանելը: Ու ոչ միայն մոդա է, այլև շահութաբեր, նստում են մի քիչ, բայց հերոսանում են, հետո սկսում են գրանտներ ստանալ, իսկ հետո էլ եվրոպական որևէ բարեկեցիկ երկրում՝ քաղաքական ապաստան: Սա մի հոյակապ գործունեություն է, բայց ուժեղ մրցակցություն կա, հալածյալների տեղերը սահմանափակ են, արևմտյան հիմնադրամները չեն կարող բոլոր ուզողներին կերակրել, Եվրոպան էլ արդեն կուշտ է բոլորն տեսակի փախստականներից, ուստի տեղերը շատ սահմանափակ են, իսկ ուզողները՝ շատ: Եվ ահա այս պատճառով էլ առաջանում է կատաղի մրցակցություն. իրենց ընդդիմադիր ակտիվիստ, այլախոհ ու հալածյալ համարողները հարկ եղած դեպքում իրենց նման մի խումբ այլ «այլախոհների» ավելի ուժեղ են պատրաստ քարկոծել, քան իշխանավորներին, որովհետև իրականում իրենց հացին «վայիս» լինողները հենց այդ մրցակիցներն են:

Եվ մինչ գրանտա-ակտիվիստական դաշտում ընթանում է այս կատաղի պայքարը, երկրի հեռավոր գողտրիկ մի անկյունում բոլորից աննկատ համեստորեն հալածանքների է ենթարկվում գիտնականի որդին. նրան ազատում են աշխատանքից: Նա այն աստիճանի համեստ անձնավորություն է, որ նույնիսկ հարկ չի համարում հայտարարել, որ իրեն աշխատանքից ազատել են այլախոհության համար, իր քաղաքական հայացքների համար, հակառակ դեպքում ո՞ւմ էր ինքը խանգարում, իր համար «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ն էր ղեկավարում: Եվ այս հոյակապ ու համեստ անձնավորությանը, ով ոչ միայն գիտնականի որդի է, այլ նաև ազատամարտիկի որդի, ազատեցին աշխատանքից: Իհարկե, գրում են, թե նա ինքնակամ է ազատվել, բայց դե մենք հասկանում ենք, թե ինչու է այդպես եղել: Իշխանությունները հերթական անգամ ցույց տվեցին իրենց վայրագ էությունը: Ահա այսպես են հանցավոր իշխանությունները վերաբերվում գիտնականների ու ազատամարտիկների ընտանիքներին:

Իսկ երկրի մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնում տարբեր ակտիվիստներ փորձում են համառորեն հալածվել, պառկում են, վազում, պարում, փորձում հերոսանալ, այնինչ իսկական հերոսները համեստորեն լռում են, նույնիսկ չեն բողոքում աշխատանքից հեռացվելու կապակցությամբ:
