Վրացագետը Հայաստան-Վրաստան ռազմական գործակցության նոր հեռանկարներ է տեսնում

Չնայած Հայաստանն ու Վրաստանն ընտրել են տարբեր քաղաքական, ռազմական հարթակներ, բայց երկու երկրներն ունեն համագործակցության բարձր մակարդակ:

Այս մասին նշեց վրացագետ Ջոնի Մելիքյանն` անդրադառնալով Վրաստանի Պաշտպանության նախարարի` Հայաստան կատարած այցին:

Նրա խոսքով, քանի որ վերջին երկու տարվա ընթացքում Վրաստանում Պաշտպանության արդեն երրորդ նախարարն է փոխվում, հետևաբար սա առաջին հերթին ճանաչողական այց էր:  

«Մենք ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկիր ենք, Վրաստանն էլ ձգտում է լինել ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկիր, բայց տեսնում ենք, որ կան ընդհանուր մոտեցումներ, որոնց շուրջ երկու երկրները ռազմական ոլորտում կարող են խորացնել հարաբերությունները: Մասնավորապես, ուսումնական հարցեր, խաղաղապահ առաքելություն, զորավարժություններ և այլն: Ինչու ոչ, մի քայլ էլ առաջ գնալ: Ի դեպ, ժամանակին խաղաղապահ միացյալ զորակազմ ստեղծելու առաջարկ էր արվում: Սա փորձ է երկու երկրների հարաբերությունները խորացնելու տեսանկունից»,-ասաց վրացագետը:

Ջոնի Մելիքյանը հիշեցրեց, որ նախորդ տարի Վրաստանում բացվեց ՆԱՏՕ-ի ու Վրաստանի համատեղ  ուսումնական կենտրոն: Այնտեղ կարող են այցելել և ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ և այդ կառույցի հետ համագործակցող երկրների զինվորները: Նախատեսվում են մի շարք զորավարժություններ, որոնք տեղի կունենան հենց այդ կենտրոնի բազայի վրա, իսկ Հայաստանի զինվորականները նույնպես կարող են մասնակցել:

«Ինչպես տեսնում ենք երկու երկրները եղած հնարավորությունները օգտագործում են, և դա շատ խելամիտ քայլ է: Այսպիսի այցերի ժամանակ քննարկվում են խնդիրներ տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության, ինչպես  նաև Ղարաբաղի հետ կապված: Դա նշանակում է, որ Վրաստանի Պաշտպանության նախարարը Հայաստանում հենց պաշտոնական Երևանից լսում է ղարաբաղյան խնդրի հետ կապված մեր մետեցումը»,-ասաց Ջոնի Մելիքյանը:

Վրացագետի խոսքով, այս այցելությունը, ռազմական բաղադրիչից բացի, ունի նաև քաղաքական մաս: Այս տարի Վրաստանում սպասվում են խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ և, դրանից ելնելով, փորձ է արվում ինչ-որ չափով հայ համայնքի ձայները դեպի իշխող կոալիցիա տանել: Նա հետաքրքրական համարեց այն, որ այս տարի` Սուրբ ծննդյան միջոցառումների ժամանակ, Վրաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Թինաթին Խիդաշելին այցելել էր հայկական եկեղեցի և մեր համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներին շնորհավորել:

Պաշտոնական այցով փետրվարի 1-ին Հայաստան էր ժամանել Վրաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Թինաթին Խիդաշելիի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը: Ամիսներ առաջ էլ Վրաստանում էր ՀՀ ԶՈւ ԳՇ պետ գեներալ-գնդապետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը և ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Դավիթ Տոնոյանը։
