«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մամուլում տեղեկություններ են հայտնվում այն մասին, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եւ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հարաբերությունները լարվում են ՀՅԴ-ի հետ կոալիցիոն քննարկումների պատճառով, մասնավորաբար, պաշտոնեական լծակները բաժանելու հարցում: Այն, որ այս հարցում ՀՀԿ-ի ներսում իսկապես կան լուրջ տարաձայնություններ, ակնհայտ է նրանից, որ ՀՀԿ-ն չի կարողանում ընդհանուր որոշման գալ:

Սրանից զատ, այդ տարաձայնությունները հաստատ չէին կարող լինել կամ կհաղթահարվեին շատ արագ, եթե միասնական մոտեցումներ ունենային ներկայումս ՀՀԿ-ում իհարկե երկու ամենաազդեցիկ ֆիգուրները՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ու Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը: Այս տեսանկյունից կասկածից վեր է, որ ՀՀԿ-ի ներսում դժվար քննարկումները պայմանավորված են նաեւ հենց այս երկու գործիչների շահերի բախումով: Թե հատկապես կոնկրետ ինչ դրսեւորումներ է ունենում այդ իրողությունը, թե մասնավորապես ինչ հարցերում են նրանք տարակարծիք՝ սա իհարկե դժվար է ասել, բայց կասկած չկա, որ շահերի բախումն առկա է, եւ սա պայմանավորված է ոչ միայն նյութական հանգամանքով. վերջին հաշվով, այստեղ ապահովվածությունը, կապիտալիզացիան երկու կողմերի մոտ էլ այնքան բարձր մակարդակի է, որ մեկ-երկու լծակի հարցում նրանք մանրախնդրություն կարող են եւ չցուցաբերել: Այստեղ խնդիրը կապիտալիզացիայի քաղաքական բաղադրիչն է՝ միտված դեպի ապագան, դեպի 2017-18 թվականները, երբ որոշվելու է իշխանության նոր դասավորությունը:

Ահա սա է հեռանկարը, որտեղ Սարգսյանը փորձելու է պահպանել առավելագույն ազդեցություն, իսկ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը փորձելու է վերցնել այդ ազդեցությունը, դառնալ առաջինը: Այստեղ է ահա, որ առաջանում է շահերի բախումը, ինչն էլ անխուսափելիորեն անդրադառնալու է կոալիցիայի շուրջ քննարկումների վրա, քանի որ կոալիցիան այս հարցերը լուծելու միջոց է ընդամենը:

Այս իրավիճակում առաջանում է ոչ միայն ինտրիգը, թե ով ինչ դասավորության է գալու, ով ինչ մասնաբաժին է ունենալու կոալիցիայում՝ շա՞տ, թե՞ քիչ, այլ նաեւ այն, թե ո՞ւմ ազդեցությունն է ավելի մեծ լինելու այդ դասավորության հարցում, այսինքն՝ Սերժ Սարգսյա՞նն է ավելի շատ զիջելու ՀՀԿ դիրքորոշման չափաբաժնում, թե՞ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:

Սա հեռակա մրցամարտ է, որը հոգեբանական ազդեցություն է թողնելու ՀՀԿ-ի վրա, որտեղ տարբեր շրջանակների կողմնորոշիչը փողն է եւ ուժը: Իսկ այդ կողմնորոշումը էական նշանակություն է ունենալու ապագա վարչապետի հարցում:

Սրան զուգահեռ, այս մրցամարտը կողմնորոշիչ է լինելու նաեւ արտաքին այն կենտրոնների համար, որոնք դերակատարում ունեն հայաստանյան իրադարձություններում եւ իշխանության ձեւավորման հարցում: Ի վերջո, նրանք եւս կանգնած են Սերժ Սարգսյա՞ն, թե՞ Հովիկ Աբրահամյան ընտրության առաջ եւ ինչ-որ կերպ պետք է կայացնեն այդ ընտրությունը: Այդ հարցում նրանց համար էլ էական նշանակություն կունենա այն, թե կոալիցիոն քննարկումներում Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ինչքանով է կարողացել դիմադրել Սերժ Սարգսյանին: Թեեւ, մյուս կողմից, այդ ամենը կարող է նաեւ վերածվել երկուստեք ծուղակի կամ Պյուռոսյան հաղթանակի, քանի որ կոալիցիան դրվագներից մեկն է, բայց ո՛չ միակը»:
