Հայաստանյան այսպես կոչված վերլուծական միտքը հաճախ ապշեցնում է իր հատվածայնությամբ և լոկալությամբ: Հենց այսպիսի անհեռատեսությամբ է բացատրվում նաև վերջին օրերին ՏՄՊՊՀ նախագահ Արտակ Շաբոյանի անվան շրջանառությունը բենզինի գների հետ կապված կառավարական քննարկումներից հետո, երբ վարչապետը հանձնարարեց ուսումնասիրել այս շուկան: Այս հանձնարարականից հետո տարբեր քննադատական կարծիքներ հնչեցին Շաբոյանի հասցեին, թե նա մշտապես հիմնավորում է գների բարձրացումը կամ չնվազումը՝ անկախ համաշխարհային միտումներից:

Շաբոյանը, իհարկե, առաջինն է հարվածի տակ ընկնում իր այդ քայլերով, սակայն երբեմն զարմանալ կարելի է, որ ոմանք Շաբոյանի հետևում չեն տեսնում շատ երկար ու ակնառու այլ ականջներ, որոնք հանձնաժողովի նախագահին չեն պատկանում:

Կարծում եք՝ Շաբոյան Արտակը կամ ցանկացած որևէ այլ նրա քաշային կարգի չինովնիկ կարո՞ղ է որոշումներ կայացնել կամ ինչ-որ բան փոխել այնպիսի շուկայում, ինչպիսին նավթամթերքն է: Խոսքն իհարկե միայն նավթամթերքին չի վերաբերում, բայց կենտրոնանանք հենց այս ոլորտի վրա: Եթե ինչ-որ մեկի համար գաղտնիք է, ապա ասենք, որ Հայաստան բենզինի մոնոպոլ ներկրողը «Ռոսնեֆտ Արմենիան» է՝ ռուսական տնտեսական հսկայի մասնաճյուղը: Եթե գնանք «Ռոսնեֆտի Արմենիայի» բաժնետոմսերի հետքերով, ապա այդ հետքերը մեզ կտանեն դեպի Վատիկան, կարծում ենք՝ հասկանալի է, թե ում մոտ: Այստեղից հետևություն, որ Շաբոյանը փոքր, շատ փոքր չինովնիկ է բենզինի գնի հարցում որևէ որոշիչ դեր խաղալու համար:

Այստեղ, իհարկե, կարող է հարց առաջանալ, թե այդ դեպքում ինչու է Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հանձնարարում Շաբոյանին ուսումնասիրել ոլորտը: Այս հարցի ամենամիամիտ պատասխանն այն կլինի, որ վարչապետը տեղյակ չէ, թե ով է ոլորտում գլխավոր դերակատարը: Կարծում ենք՝ ոչ ոք չի հավատա, որ իսկապես Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը բանից «բեխաբար» է, մնում է հաջորդ բացատրությունը, որ իրական է վարչապետ-նախագահ հակասությունը և իր այս քայլով Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը փորձում է դիվիդենտներ շահել: Սակայն այս հարցում, կարծում ենք, որ վարչապետը չի կարող բարձր սկզբունքայնություն դրսևորել, քանի որ վերջին 20 տարում նրա դիզած միլիարդավոր կարողությունն ինքնին կոմպրոմատների մի հսկայական փաթեթ է, որը ցանկացած պահի կարող է օգտագործվել նրա դեմ:

Վերջիվերջո, Սերժ Սարգսյանն արդեն ցույց է տվել, իր ցանկությամբ է որոշում, թե «օդում կախված» որ լուրի հետքերով պետք է գնալ և ում պետք է «բամփել», ինպես կասեր Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը: Երբ մի փոքր ուշադիր ենք հետևում այս շղթային և զարգացումներին, ակամայից որոշակի խղճահարություն է առաջանում Շաբոյանի հանդեպ, քանի որ վերջինս քարի ու մեխի արանքում դառնում է պատասխանատու մի հարցի համար, որը դուրս է նրա ուժերի և հնարավորությունների շրջանակից:
