«Միշլենյան» հանրահայտ աստղերի պատմությունը սկիզբ է առել 1900-ից, երբ Անդրե Միշլենը հրատարակել է Ֆրանսիայի ռեստորանների առաջին ուղեցույցը, որպեսզի օգնի հարուստներին եւ ճանապարհորդներին «ճիշտ» ընտրություն կատարել ռեստորանների հարցում:Այդ ուղեցույցը, որը հետգայում ստացել է Միշլենի «Կարմիր ուղեցույց» անվանումը, դարձավ եվրոպական գաստրոնոմիկ աշխարհագրության ամենահին, ամենահայտնի եւ ամենաազդեցիկ ուղեցույցը: Այդ ուղեցույցում ներկայացված ռեստորանների գնահատականները (մեկից մինչեւ երեք աստղ) այս կամ այն գաստրոնամիական հաստատության արժանիքների բարձր գնահատման խորհրդանիշն են դարձել: Եվ այսպես, հաճելի նորություն. 21-ամյա Ջուլիա Սեֆեջյանը դարձել է Ֆրանսիայի ամենաերիտասարդ շեֆ խոհարարը, ով արժանացել է «Միշլեն» աստղի:

«Ես ուրախությունից տեղս չէի գտնում, երբ իմացա այդ մասին: Ռեստորանի տերը ծաղկեփնջով մոտեցավ ինձ ու հայտնեց, որ ես Ֆրանսիայի ամենաերիտասարդ շեֆ խոհարարն եմ դարձել, ով նման աստղ ունի: Ես հուզվել էի, ես շատ անհանգիստ էի, որովհետեւ երբ շեֆ խոհարար դարձա, փոխեցի գները՝ դրանք ավելի մատչելի դարձրեցի ու վախենում էի, որ այդ նորարարությունն արդարացված չի լինի: Բայց մեր ոլորտում պետք է շատ աշխատես, իսկ տարիքը կարեւոր չէ, այս մասնագիտությունը քեզ ավելի հասուն ու հաջողակ է դարձնում»,- նշել է Ջուլիան:
