В жизни люди нам попадаются порой довольно сложные и непредсказуемые, так что выстроить с ними крепкие отношения не так-то просто.Если у тебя есть проблемы в отношениях, они имеют склонность накапливаться как снежный ком с помощью всемогущей силы негативного мышления.

Психологи уверяют, что отношения могут впадать в депрессию, словно люди! Ведь когда люди думают негативно и предполагают только худшее,это называется депрессией. И когда ты делаешь это в отношениях, они имеют те же негативные последствия.

Чтобы разорвать порочный круг негатива в отношениях, есть несколько проверенных способов.

Помни, что ты не можешь читать мысли

У нас отлично получается неправильно истолковывать происходящие события и делать из них разрушительные выводы. Уверена в своей интуиции? Брось, даже у самых проницательных людей не получится достоверно определить, что происходит в чужой голове. Не делай предположений о чувствах и мотивах другого человека. Если хочешь услышать ответы, задавай прямые вопросы.

Знай, что твой партнер тоже не ясновидящий

Поверь, если бы все твои мысли и эмоции были так очевидны для другого человека, было бы намного проще. Но это не так! Поэтому никогда не изобретай негласный кодекс поведения. Не стоит оценивать ваши отношения в соответствии со сводом правил, о которых твой партнёр понятия не имеет.

Не делай недоверие своей позицией по умолчанию

Обычно все выводы, которые мы себе придумываем, носят отрицательный характер. Настройся на положительный лад и думай о своём партнёре только хорошее. Он испытывает к тебе положительные эмоции, так ответь ему тем же. Верь в лучшее, пока не доказано обратное.

Не накручивай себя

Факт: если твой партнёр опаздывает на ужин, это вовсе не значит, что он тебя не любит. Если он не выбросил мусор, это не значит, что он тебя не уважает: просто забыл или поленился. Не нужно во всём видеть ложные знаки. К тому же, какие-то принципиальные для тебя вещи окажутся для него сущим пустяком.
