Հյուսիսային Կորեայի նախագահ Կիմ Չեն Ինը, կարելի է ասել, որ մեր մոլորակի ուրախությունն է: Նա երբեք չի թողնում, որ մենք տխրենք՝ մեկ Արևի վրա տիեզերագնացներ է իջեցնում, մեկ հայտարարում է, թե Թուրքիան կջնջի աշխարհի երեսից միջուկային զենքի միջոցով ու քանի որ նաև «գիժ» է, հնարավոր է, նաև մի օր վերցներ ու աներ: Հնարավոր է, բայց, կարծում եմ, էլ չի անի, որովհետև մեր ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել, որտեղ դատապարտել է ԿԺԴՀ-ի կողմից բալիստիկ հրթիռի արձակումը: Ով տեղյակ չէր, հիշեցնեմ, որ ԿԺԴՀ-ն հայտարարել է, թե փետրվարի 7-ին հրթիռ է արձակել, որն ուղեծիր է հասցրել Երկրի «Կվանմենսոն-4» արբանյակը: Հարևան երկրները դա համարել են բալիստիկ հրթիռի փորձարկում և արդեն աշխարհի բազմաթիվ պետություններ, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանը, պաշտոնապես դատապարտել են Հյուսիսային Կորեայի այդ քայլը՝ համարելով դա ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի բանաձևերի խախտում:

Ահա այսպես է անում մեր ԱԳՆ-ն, որ մեր մեկը երկու չի դառնում: Դատապարտեցին Կիմ Չեն Ինին, մարդն էլ հիմա կնեղանա ու այլևս Թուրքիան չի վերացնի աշխարհի երեսից: Իսկ մենք այդքան հույսեր ունեինք ...

Ուրիշ ժամանակ ԱԳՆ-ի ձայնը կարող է չլսվել, օրինակ՝ ԵԽԽՎ-ում հակահայկական բանաձևերից մեկը ընդունումից հետո մեր ԱԳՆ-ն միայն օրեր անց արձագանքեց, իսկ Կիմ Չեն Ինի դեպքում նույնիսկ մինչև վաղը չսպասեցին, անբնական կերպով օպերատիվ արձագանքեցին:

Դե ինչ, մնում է հուսալ, որ Կիմ Չեն Ինը, իր սովորության համաձայն, չի ջղայնանա իրեն դատապարտած երկերների, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի վրա և չի սպառնա հիմա էլ մեզ վերացնել աշխարհի երեսից:
