Հայկական գինին ամբողջ աշխարհին է հայտնի: Միջազգային բազմաթիվ մրցույթներում հայկական գինին ճանաչվել է լավագույնը բազմաթիվ երկրների արտադրանքներից: Դեռ 2013 թվականին Ֆրանսիայում անցկացված «Muscats du Monde» գինու մրցույթում, 224 տեսակի գինիների շարքում հաղթող էր ճանաչվել հայկական «Մոսկատ» գինին:
Հայկական գինու թեմային անդրադարձել է նաև բրիտանական The Guardian պարբերականը:

Մասնավորապես հոդվածագիր Դեյվիդ Ուիլյամսն իր հոդվածում անդրադարձել է Հայկական «Զորահ կարասի արենի նոյր» գինուն, որի գինը սկսվում է £21.95-ից: The Guardian-ը հիշատակել է Ամերիկացի գիտնականների՝ գինու իրական պատմության մասին հրապարակած գրքերը, որում հետևյալ հարցադրմամբ են հանդես եկել. «Փոքր Կովկասի լեռներից մի քանի մետր հեռավորության վրա գտնվող քարանձավում՝ Արենի-1-ում՝ 5000 տարի առաջ ինչպիսի՞ գինիներ են պատրաստվել: Ահա այստեղ է, որ 2011թ-ին արդի Հայաստանում, հնէաբանները հայտնաբերել են աշխարհի ամենաառաջին գինին, որը թվագրվում է մոտավորապես մ.թ.ա 3000-3500»:

Ուիլյամսը նշել է. «Ես պատասխանը չէի ունենա, եթե չհամտեսեի 2014թ իտալահայ Զորիկ Ղարիբյանի «Կարասի արենին», որը պատրաստված է հայկական տարբեր տեսակի խաղողներից և այն կրում է Արենի գյուղի անունը; 2013թ-ն ամբողջացնում է տարիների հնությունը»:

Նշեմ նաև, որ վրացական Iago Bitarishvili Chinuri Qvevri 8, Kakheti, որի գինը սկսվում է £16.65-ից, արտադրում է Ղարիբյանը, ով ծնվել է Հայաստանում, սակայն արտագաղթել է Իրան:

Նա սկսել է հաջող գործարարությամբ զբաղվել Իտալիայում, երբ նրան իրանական հեղափոխության ժամանակ ուղարկել են Վենետիկում գտնվող հայկական դպրոց: Ղարիբյանը հայկական սփյուռքի այնպիսի գործարարներից է, ով էական դեր է խաղացել գինու արդյունաբերության վերածննդի հարցում:

Բրիտանական պարբերականը հիշատակել է, որ Ղարիբյանն ավանդական գինեգործության տեխնոլգիաների հետ միասին իր գինին հնացնելու համար օգտագործում է նաև կարաս (կճուճներ):

Այս տարաներն օգտագործովում են վրացական մի շարք գինիների համար, մեկ այլ երկիր, որը պնդում է, որ այն է գինների օրրան հանդիսանում. Iago Bitarishvili’s լավագույն գինիներից է հանդիսանում:
