Դատելով վարչապետի հայտարարությունից՝ կառավարությունը հակված է հասնել գազի ներքին սակագների նվազեցման։ Հ.Աբրահամյանը սա ոչ միայն անհրաժեշտ, այլեւ հնարավոր է համարում։

Համաշխարհային շուկայում էներգակիրների գները արդեն տեւական ժամանակ նվազում են։ Խոսքը ինչպես հեղուկ վառելանյութի, այնպես էլ գազի մասին է։ Անցած տարի թեեւ կառավարությանը հաջողվեց պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերել ռուսական կողմի հետ Հայաստանին մատակարարվող գազի գինը նվազեցնելու վերաբերյալ, այնուհանդերձ ներքին սակագները մնացին անփոփոխ։ Դա թույլ տվեց միայն խուսափել սակագների հերթական բարձրացումից, ինչն անհնարին կլիներ, եթե մատակարարման գինը չփոխվեր։

Գազի ներմուծման էժանացումն անշուշտ կարեւոր ձեռքբերում էր Հայաստանի համար, այլապես արտաքին եւ ներքին միջավայրում ձեւավորված մարտահրավերների հետեւանքներն անհամեմատ ավելի մեծ կլինեին։ Սակայն այս փուլում դա այլեւս բավարար չի համարվում։ Գազի բարձր գինը՝ արտաքին շուկաներում ստեղծված դժվարությունների հետեւանքով, խնդիրներ է ստեղծել ոչ միայն տնտեսավարողների համար, այլեւ բացասաբար է ազդել սպառման ծավալների վրա։

Այս պայմաններում էներգակիրների համաշխարհային գների շարունակվող նվազումը թույլ է տալիս մտածել երկնագույն վառելիքի ներմուծման ավելի մեծ էժանացում ակնկալելու մասին։ Չնայած այսօր էլ Հայաստանը ռուսական գազը ստանում է անհամեմատ ցածր գնով, այնուհանդերձ միջազգային գների անկումը դրա հնարավորությունը տալիս է։

Թեեւ խնդիրը միայն համաշախարհային շուկայում էներգակիրների էժանցմամբ չի պայմանավորված։ Գազի ներքին սակագների բարձրացումը հանգեցրել է սպառման կրճատման՝ բացասաբար ազդելով նաեւ գազամատակարար ընկերության ֆինանսական հոսքերի վրա։ Դա հիմք է տալիս մտածելու, որ սակագների անընդհատ բարձրացումն ամենեւին էլ լավագույն տարբերակը չէ եկամուտները համալրելու համար։

Հաշվի առնելով այդ հանգամանքը՝ Հ.Աբրահամյանն հորդորեց գազամատակարար ընկերությանը փոխել բիզնեսի վարման տրամաբանությունը։ Մի բան, ինչը նրան կարծիքով, թույլ կտա ավելացնել գազի ներքին պահանջարկը՝ հանգեցնելով նաեւ ընկերության հասույթների ավելացմանը։

Վարչապետի այս առաջարկն անշուշտ ունի իր հիմքերը։ Էներգակիրներն էական դեր ունեն ներքին արտադրության ինքնարժեքի ձեւավորման մեջ։ Մի կողմից գազի բարձր գինը, մյուս կողմից՝ մի շարք շուկաներում ստեղծված ոչ բարենպաստ պայմանները, նվազեցրել են երկնագույն վառելիքի պահանջարկը։ Կասկած չկա, որ դրա էժանացումը կմեծացնի հայկական ապրանքների մրցունակությունը՝ պայմաններ ստեղծելով ավելի մեծ քանակությամբ գազ սպառել, ինչն անշուշտ բխում է թե՜ հայաստանյան տնտեսավարողների, եւ թե՜ գազամատակարար ընկերության շահերից։

Սակայն թե որքանով վերջինս կգնա այդ ճանապարհով եւ կփորձի ոչ թե բարձր սակագների եւ ցածր պահանջարկի պահպանման, այլ սպառման ծավալների ավելացման միջոցով համալրել սեփական հասույթները, ցույց կտա ժամանակ։ Մի բան ակնհայտ է, որ այդպիսի հնարավորությունն առկա է։
