Բոլոր կանայք միշտ ցանկանում են կատարյալ տեսք ունենալ և դրա համար պատրաստ են ծախսել և ժամանակ, և գումարներ։ Սակայն շատ հաճախ դեմքի վրա առաջանում են լայն ծակոտիներ, կնճիռներ, ինչպես նաև դեմքի տհաճ գույն։ Դեմքը դառնում է չափից շատ գունատ կամ հողագույն երանգներ, ինչն ասես ծերության կամ հոգնածության նշան լինի։ Իսկ ինչպես կարելի է բարելավել դեմքի գույնը:

Առաջին հերթին պետք է դեմքը լվանալ սառը ջրով։ Այնուհետև հարկավոր է սառույցով (ավելի նախընտրելի է սառեցված թուրմեր) մաքրել մաշկը, ինչից հետո անհրաժեշտ է սնուցող կամ խոնավեցնող քսուք օգտագործել։ Սակայն հենց այստեղ կա մի գաղտնիք, որն էլ ցանկանում ենք բացահայտել։ Քսուքի մեջ պետք է չորս կաթիլ կիտրոնի (կամ նարնջի) հյութ ավելացնել։ Այսինքն՝ հարկավոր է որոշակի քանակությամբ կրեմը լցնել ձեռքի ափի մեջ, ավելացնել չորս կաթիլ կիտրոնի հյութը և մերսող շարժումներով քսել դեմքին։

Կիտրոնի 4-5 կաթիլից ավելի չի կարելի օգտագործել, որովհետեւ այն միգուցե ցան կամ ալերգիա (եթե զգայուն է մաշկը) առաջացնի։ Բացի այդ, խանութից գնված կիտրոնի հյութը ոչ մի ազդեցություն չի ունենա. պետք է թարմ քամած հյութ օգտագործել:
