Հին ժամանակներից սկսած հայտնի է,որ երկրները ունենում են առաջնորդ՝ թագավոր,նախագահ ,վարչապետ և այլն: Առաջնորդը՝ղեկավարը, երկրի զինված ուժերի գերագույն հրամանատարն է ,բայց պատերազմի ժամանակ անմիջական հրամանատարությունը կատարում է բանակի հրամանատարը՝ սպարապետը, գունդստաբլը,պաշտպանության նախարարը: Ադրբեջանը ներկայումս ազգային պետություն է ցանկանում ձևավորել , իսկ դրա համար նախ պետք է ազգ ձևավորի.մինչև հիմա ադրբեջանցիները չեն հասյկանում,իրենք թուրք են թե ազերի,էլ չասեմ ,որ փոքրամասնություններին էլ են ցանկանում ձուլել թուրքերի հետ և ստանալ ազերի ազգ: Այս ճանապարհին նրանց պետք են միավորող գաղափարներ: Սրանք ուզում են ալիևյան կլանի շուրջ կերտել միասնություն,ասենք մեր արևը Հեյդար Ալիևն է մեթոդով և համազգային հպարտություն ստեղծելով՝ ռազմական հաղթանակների հպարտություն ստեղծելով: Նրանց օդ ու ջրի պես պետք է համախբել ժողովրդին այս գաղափարների շուրջ ձևավորել միասնական ազերի ազգ: Սակայն նրանք գիտակցում են,որ պատերազմի դեպքում իրենց բանակը Իլհամը չի առաջնորդելու,այլ՝ՊՆ Զաքիր Հասանովը: Հայատյացության քաղաքականության տարրերից մեկը ամեն ինչում հայերի հետ մրցելն է,ուստի ՊՆ ների հարցում ևս կա մրցելու խնդիր: Համ խնդիր ունեն հասանովին Օհանյանից լավը ցույց տալու,համ՝հասանովին դարձնել բանակի և ազգաբնակչության սիրելի սպարապետ: Համեմատենք ինչ ունենք: Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ Զաքիր Հասանով .ինքնահաստատվելու խնդիր ունի իր պաշտոնում,պետք է զինվորականների հարգանքը ձեռք բերի,գեներալիտետի մոտ հեղինակություն դառնա,ժողովրդի վստահությունը ձեռք բերի ,որ չհիշեն միայն որպես հանրահավաք ցրողի,Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմին չի մասնակցել,չնայած,որ պաշտոնական կենսագրության մեջ կեղծիք մտցնելով սարքել են մասնակից: Հայաստանի ՊՆ Սեյրան Օհանյան.-Մարդ,որ վայելում է Իշխանությունների վստահությունը,զինվորականների համակրանքը,Գեներալիտետի հարգանքը,ժողովրդի սերն ու վստահությունը,որը օգոստոսյան միկրո պատերազմից հետո բարձրացավ մի քանի անգամ: Այս ամեն ադրբեջանցիները նույնպես գիտակցում են և թիվս այլ պատճառների օգոստոսյան արկածախնդրությանը դիմեցին,նաև Հասանովին պակասող ինքնահաստատումը ապահովելու համար և Օհանյանին նսեմացնելու համար: Մարդիկ,կներեք ադրբեջանցիները,ստացան հակառակ էֆեկտ.ինչ չուներ հասանովը,ավելի պակասեց,իսկ ինչ ուներ Օհանյանը,ավելի շատացավ: Մարդիկ հասկանում են,որ պատերազմի դեպքում մեր երկու զորահրամանատարերի տարբերությունը սար ու ձորի է,իսկ իրենք հասանովին չկարողացան բարձրացնել,փոխարենը դա ուզում են անել ի հաշիվ Օհանյանին գցելու,սևացնելու,մեր և իրենց աչքին նսեմացնելու համար: Զուր մի չարչարվեք,մենք ձեր սուտի միտինգ ցրող փաշային ել գիտենք,մեր մարտական ուղի անցած կադրային սպա Զորապետին ել գիտենք:
