Արդեն հայտնի են ՄԻՊ թեկնածուների անունները, դե, բնականաբար այդ անուններից ամենահայտնին Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի անունն է, հաջորդը Արման Թաթոյանն է՝ արդարադատության փոխնախարարը, երրորդը․․․չէ, երրորդին չեմ հիշում։

Միգուցե իմ թերացումն է, թեև չեմ կարծում, քանի որ վերջին 6 տարում ամենաակտիվ կերպով հետևել եմ հայաստանյան քաղաքական ու հասարակական կյանքի բոլոր անցուդարձերին, երկրորդի մասին նույնպես նոր եմ լսում, քանի որ հայաստանյան տեղակալ-չինովնիկների մասին մենք սովորաբար իմանում ենք նրանց ինչ-որ պաշտոնի նշանակվելուց հետո։ Հենց այսպիսի չինովնիկ է նաև ՄԻՊ-ի իշխանական թեկնածուն։ Այստեղ, ի դեպ, էական էլ չէ, թե իրավունքի ինչպիսի մասնագետ է նշված թեկնածուն, քանի որ նրա չինովնիկ լինելն արդեն իսկ զրոյացնում է նրա մասնագիտական կարողություններն ու հնարավորությունները։

Եվ այսպես, ինչպիսի՞ ՄԻՊ կարող է լինել իշխանական չինովնիկ թեկնածուն: Այս հարցին մեկ բառով կարելի է պատասխանել՝ էլաստիկ կամ ամորֆ։ Կարծես թե ՄԻՊ պաշտոնը կանոնակարգված կերպով պահանջում է, որ այն զբաղեցնողը լինի հանրությանը հայտնի որոշակի հեղինակություն վայելող, հասարակական ու քաղաքացիական կազմակերպությունների հետ աշխատանքի փորձ ունեցող անհատականություն։ Ցավոք, ՄԻՊ թեկնածուներից առնվազն երկուսը ուղղակիորեն չեն համապատասխանում նշված չափանիշներին, քանի որ նրանցից մեկի անունն ու գործունեությունը պարզապես չենք հիշում, իսկ մյուսն ընդամենը ներկայիս վարչակարգի չինովնիկ է, որի մասին վերջին մի քանի օրերին ենք լսել։

Սակայն ասվածը չի նշանակում, որ ՄԻՊ մյուս թեկնածուն, այն է՝ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը, առավել քան համապատասխան է ՄԻՊ պաշտոնին։ Փոստանջյանը, իհարկե, իր պատգամավորական ու քաղաքացիական գործունեությամբ բազմաթիվ հարցերում հանդես է եկել Հայաստանում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ, սակայն նրա այդ գործունեությունը առավելապես պայմանավորվում է վերջինիս քաղաքական կեցվածքով։ Այս առումով հարկ է նշել, որ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը չի տեղավորվում ՄԻՊ ինստիտուտի մեջ, քանի որ նրա ՄԻՊ դառնալու պարագայում մենք հանդիպելու ենք հաջորդ ծայրահեղությանը, երբ ՄԻՊ ինստիտուտը ծայրահեղ քաղաքականացվելու և զգացմունքային հարթություն է տեղափոխվելու։

Հենց այս քաղաքականացումն ու պաթոսայնությունն էլ վերջնականպես ոչնչացնելու է ՄԻՊ ինստիտուտը՝ որպես շատ թե քիչ կայացող պետական կառույց, քանի որ վերջինս առավելապես պետք է զերծ լինի քաղաքական կոնյուկտուրայի ազդեցությունից, առավել ևս, պաթոսից ու զգացմունքայնությունից։ Սակայն, երբ մենք քննում ենք ՄԻՊ պաշտոնի թեկնածուներին, տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ կամա թե ակամա խնդիր է դրված վերջնականապես ոչնչացնել ՄԻՊ դերակատարությունն ու ինստիտուտն ընդհանրապես։
