Ամերիկյան հետախուզությունը չի բացառում Ռուսաստանի եւ Թուրքիայի միջեւ լարվածության սրման հավանականությունը:

Այս մասին ասված է ԱՄՆ ազգային հետախուզության տնօրեն Ջեյմս Քլեփերի՝ Կոնգրեսին ներկայացրած հաշվետվությունում:

«Թուրք-ռուսական լարվածությունը, որն աճում է այն ժամանակից, երբ 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերին Թուրքիան խոցեց ռուսական ինքնաթիռը, հղի է լարման վտանգով»,- ասված է փաստաթղթում:

ՏԱՍՍ-ի փոխանցամբ, զեկույցում նաեւ նշվում է, որ Մոսկվան պահպանում է 2016 թվականին ակտիվ արտաքին քաղաքականություն վարելու վճռականությունը՝ չնայած ռուսական տնտեսության դանդաղ տեմպերին:

2014 թվականին Ուկրաինայում ճգնաժամից ի վեր Մոսկվան կրկնապատկել է Եվրասիայում իր ազդեցության ամրապնդման ջանքերը: Հաշվետվության համաձայն, Մոսկվան այսուհետ նույնպես շարունակելու է տարածաշրջանային ավելի լայն ինտեգրման հասնել՝ ուժեղացնելով աշխատանքը հարեւան պետությունների հետ՝ նրանց ԵՏՄ-ին միացնելու նպատակով:
