Թուրքիան եւ «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորումը գաղտնի բանակցություններ են վարում, քննարկում են մաքսանենգ մատակարարումների նոր տարբերակներ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտարարել Է Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը «Մոսկովսկի կոմսոմոլեց» թերթին տված հարցազրույցում:

«Մեզ շատ են անհանգստացնում հաղորդումներն այն մասին, որ թուրքերը կոնկրետ պլանավորում են կամ նույնիսկ, կարող Է պատահել, արդեն սկսել են յուրացնել Սիրիայի տարածքի մասերը՝ այնտեղ վրանային ավաններ ստեղծելու պատրվակով, որպեսզի դրանցում կուտակեն սիրիացի փախստականներին՝ նրանց թույլ չտալով հատել Թուրքիայի սահմանը, որտեղ, նրանց խոսքով, ճամբարներն արդեն լեփ-լեցուն են»,-նշել Է ՌԴ նախարարը:

 Թուրքիայի կողմից շարունակվում են խոսակցություններն այն մասին, որ Սիրիայի տարածքում պետք Է ստեղծվի ԻՊ-ից ազատ անվտանգության գոտի,-շարունակել Է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը:-Բոլորը հասկանում են, որ խոսքը վերաբերում Է քրդական երկու միջատարածքների միջեւ սահմանային հատվածին, որոնց ուժերի միավորումը Թուրքիան բացարձակապես անընդունելի Է համարում իր համար թեկուզեւ այն պատճառով, որ դա կփակի Սիրիայում գործող զինյալներին մատակարարումներ իրականացնելու եւ նրանցից մաքսանենգ մատակարարումներ ստանալու Թուրքիայի հնարավորությունները»:  

«Տեղեկություններ կան այն մասին, որ ԻՊ-ի ղեկավարությունը շարունակում Է գաղտնի շփումները Թուրքիայի ղեկավարության հետ,-նշել Է Լավրովը:-Նրանք քննարկում են գործողությունների տարբերակները ներկա պայմաններում, երբ մեր ռազմատիեզերական ուժերի հարվածների արդյունքում լրջորեն սահմանափակվել են մաքսանենգության ավանդական երթուղիների հնարավորությունները»:

ՌԴ-ի տվյալներով՝ «թուրքերը ՆԱՏՕ-ում արդեն քննարկել են Սիրիայի տարածքում ԻՊ-ից ազատ գոտիների ստեղծման ծրագրերը»:

«Դա, իհարկե, միջազգային իրավունքի բոլոր սկզբունքների խախտում կլինի, ինչպես նաեւ Էականորեն եւ որակապես կսաստկացնի լարվածությունը»,-ընդգծել Է Լավրովը:

Նա այն կարծիքին Է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի գլխավորած կոալիցիան Թուրքիային թույլ չի տա իրականացնել Սիրիա լայնամասշտաբ ներխուժման պլանները: «Ես չեմ կարծում եմ, որ դա տեղի կունենա, որովհետեւ մանր սադրանքները, որոնց մասին ես արդեն ասացի (վրանային ավանների կառուցումը, Սիրիայի տարածքում 100-200 մետր խորությամբ ինչ-ինչ ինժեներային կառույցների նախապատրաստումը), դա, այնուամենայնիվ, լայնամասշտաբ ներխուժում չԷ»,-ասել Է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի ղեկավարը՝ պատասխանելով համապատասխան հարցին, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
