Orer.am-ի հավաստի աղբյուրների տեղեկացմամբ՝ ՀՀԿ-ում բավականին թեժ քննարկում է եղել Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի թեկնածուի ընտրության ժամանակ:

Ու հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ այս անգամ ոչ թե այդ աթոռը զբաղեցնել ցանկացողների հերթն է անսահման եղել, այլ ընդհակառակը: Պարզվում է՝ ՀՀԿ-ականներից շատերին են առաջարկել դառնալ օմբուդսմենի ՀՀԿ-ական թեկնածու, սակայն բոլորն էլ այս կամ այն պատճառաբանությամբ հրաժարվել են այն ընդունել:

Այդ աթոռին հանգրվանելուց հրաժարվելու պատճառներն անշուշտ մի քանիսն են: Առաջին հերթին այն, որ բոլորի աչքի առջև ընդամենը մի քանի ամսում նույն ՀՀԿ-ականների թեթև ձեռքվ հերոս-օմբուդսմենից «կերտվեց» անարժան ու դավաճան-օմբուդսմենի կերպարը և, բնականաբար, ոչ մեկն էլ չի ցանկանա հերթական մատաղացու գառը դառնալ ՀՀԿ-ականների ձեռքին:

Նոր օմբուդսմեն դառնալու առաջարկը գիտակցաբար մերժել են նաև քաղաքական հարուստ կենսագրություն ունեցող հմուտ ՀՀԿ-ական քաղաքական գործիչները: Իսկ ամենաուշագրավն այն է, որ ՀՀԿ-ական էլիտան նման առաջարկ արել է նաև իր այն կուսակից ընկերներին ու համախոհներին, ովքեր անգամ իրավաբանական կրթություն չունեն:

Այսինքն՝ մարդիկ, ովքեր, նույնիսկ ինչ-ինչ գաղափարներից ելնելով, ՀՀԿ-ի կողքին են, առաջարկը մերժելով` ցույց են տվել, որ չնայած կուսակցության կողքին են, բայց ամենևին էլ չեն ցանկանում նրա ձեռքի խաղալիքը դառնալ: Սա ի միջիայլոց:

Ինչ վերաբերում է ներկայիս արդարադատության փոխնախարար Արման Թաթոյանին, ապա չար լեզուներն ասում են, որ նա էլ ցանկություն չի ունեցել հաջորդ օմբուդսմենը դառնալ, բայց լինելով պետական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա` վախեցել է հրաժարվել առաջարկից, քանի որ իր դեպքում այդ առաջարկից հրաժարվելու հետևանքներն ավելի կտրուկ կարող էին լինել:

Ինչևէ, այսօրվա դրությամբ ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք:

Երեք թեկնածու՝ իրավապաշտպան Նարեկ Ալոյանը, ԱԺ «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության անդամ Զարուհի Փստանջյանը և ՀՀԿ-ի կողմից առաջադրված արդարադատության փոխնախարար Արման Թաթոյանը:

Այն, որ Թաթոյանը կդառնա հաջորդ օմբուդսմենը, պարզ է, բայց ամենաուշագրավն այս դրվագում այն է, որ ՀՀԿ-ականներից շատերն իրենց հոգու խորքում անկեղծորեն երազում են, որ հաջորդ օմբուդսմենի աթոռին բազմի միակ կին թեկնածուն՝ այն հույսով, որ այդ դեպքում հա´մ շատ բան ջրի երես դուրս կգա, հա´մ՝ իրենցից դուրս չի գա:

Ամենատխուրն այստեղ այն է, որ ՀՀԿ-ն իր հորիզոնական և ուղղահայաց խողովակներով կարողանում է «փակել» դեպի պաշտոններ տանող բոլոր մեծ ու փոքր ուղիները և չինովնիկական աթոռների ողջ քարտեզով մեկ իրենով անել նույնիսկ քարտուղարուհիների «աթոռները»:

Սակայն այս պահին այնպիսի իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել, որ ՀՀԿ-ի սխալ կադրային քաղաքականություն իրականացնելու հետանքով կադրային սով է սկսվել ոչ միայն երկում, այլև իշխող կուսակցությունում, որն արդեն այնքան է խորացել, որ քրոնիկականի է վերածվել:
