Ինձ միշտ հետաքրքրել է, ով է, որ կառույցն է մեր երկրում արդարադատություն իրականացնում: Իսկապես շատ միստիկ բան կա այս անտեր ԱՐԴԱՐԱԴԱՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ բառի մեջ: Ինչ-որ տարօրինակ ձգողականությամբ բոլորը ձգտում են, ու իսկապես էլ <մնացել են այդ ԱՐԴԱՐԱԴԱՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ բառի տակ>, առանց մի հատ իրենց հաշիվ տալու, լավ, բայց էդ անտեր բառի բերած գռուզը կարողանում են տանել?

Էն Արդարադատության նախարարությունն ասում է իմ անունն է ԱՐԴԱՐԱԴԱՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ, ուստի ես եմ արդարադատությունը: Ազգային Անվտանգություն, Ոստիկանություն, տո էլ չգիտեմ մյուս Սոցապ., էլ չգիտեմ ինչ, մեկը սոցիալական արդարությունն է անում, մյուսն արդարություն արտադրում, էն մեկն արդարություն իրականացնում: Դատախազության ԱՐԴԱՐԱԴԱՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ մասին էլ չասեմ: Իրենք այս ինստիտուտի աստվածներն են իրենց համարում: Ամենահամեստն այս պարագայում դատավորներն են, որ համարյա ոչինչ չեն ասում, որովհետև օրենքով էլ ինչ-որ բան ասելու իրավունքը չունեն, բայց փաստորեն միակ ԱՐԴԱՐԱԴԱՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ անողն, ըստ օրենքի, օրենքով սահմանված գործառույթների հենց իրենք են: Ու հասարակական կարծիք կառուցելու դաշտում, թերևս, վերջիններս ամենախոցելին են ու մշտական թիրախ մրցակից, < օրենքով խոսելու հնարավորություն> ունեցողների պարագայում: Ինչու հանկարծ էսպիսի բաներ սկսեցի մտածել? Ասեմ: Պարզ վիճակագրությամբ էլ որ նայում էս ՀՀ չակերտավոր ԱՐԴԱՐԱԴԱՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ տակ մնացած գերատեսչություններում, ըստ էության բան չի փոխվում այս էլ քանի տարի: Ոչ արդյունավետ կադրային քաղաքականություն, ոչ կոռուպցիայի դեմ արդյունավետ պայքար, ոչ հասարակական կյանքում ԱՐԴԱՐՈՒԹՅԱՆ բաղադրիչի ավելացում: Իակ էդ դատարաններում արի ու տես մարդիկ են արդարացվում, այն նույն` <ԱՐԴԱՐԱԴԱՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՏԱԿ ՄՆԱՑԱԾ> կառույցների կողմից տարբեր հանցագործություններում մեղադրված մարդիկ գալիս ու ԱՐԴԱՐԱՑՎՈՒՄ են: Այսինքն Արդարադատություն է իրականացվում: Հա, ասեմ հանուն արդարության, կամ հենց այդ չարչրկված, անտեր արդարադատության, որ ԱՐԴԱՐԱԴԱՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ իսկական իրավատիրոջ` դատարանների այս տարվա արդարացումների ծավալը հավանաբար որոշ <ԱՐԴԱՐԱԴԱՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՏԱԿ ՄՆԱՑԱԾՆԵՐԻ> սրտովը չի, ուստի ... հ.գ. Առավոտյան մի պարբերականում մի <պատվիրված> հոդված կարդացի ընդդեմ դատարանների: Փորձել էին վարկաբեկել Վճռաբեկ Դատարանի նախագահին: Բայց զավեշտալի մի կիքս էին թույլ տվել ու ինքնաբացահայտվել պատվիրատուները: Իրենց վերլուծությունները սկսելով կարծես թե օրերս կայացած ԱՐԴԱՐԱԴԱՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԽՈՐՀՐԴԻ ՆԻՍՏԻ առանցքում իբր առկա ներքին խնդիրներին, չէին կարողացել իրենց զսպել ու լոնքել-մտել էին Մկրտումյանենց տուն, ու նույն կրքոտությամբ քննարկել էդ մարդու անձնական բարեկամական շրջանի իբր խնդիրները: Տպավորություն է, որ <պատվերավճարի> չափով էլ մի հավելավճար դրա համար էր պարբերականը ստացել: Լավ, այսքան ախմախ իրավիճակում է մեր ԱՐԴԱՐԱԴԱՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ ԱՍՎԱԾԻ ՏԱԿ ՄՆԱՑԱԾՆԵՐԻ ՎԻՃԱԿԸ?:
