Ասեցի մի քիչ օրենքները նայեմ։ Պոռնկությունը և մարմնավաճառությունը որպես հանցանք ոչ մի տեղ չգտա։ Միայն թրաֆիկինգի, այսինքն ստիպողաբար պոռնկությամբ զբաղվելու և երեխաների մարմնավաճառության դեպքերն են ընկնում քրեական հանցագործության տակ։ Հետևելով այս տրամաբանությանը, պատկերված են պոտենցիալ զոհեր, ոչ թե հանցագործներ։

Մոտս հարց ծագեց, լավ ոստիկանությունն այս ինչ է անում։ /Իսկ անում է սովետական պրակտիկան, այն ինչ գիտեն/։

Գտա միայն մեկ փաստաթուղթ, որը բացատրում է այս պրոֆիլակտիկ աշխատանքը։ Կառավարության կողմից հաստատված հանցագործությունների կանխման ծրագիրը, որը թեպետ ուժն արդեն կորցրել է /մինչև 2012ն էր/, այնուամենայնիվ ունի նման կետ.
