«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ապագան կիրթ, գրագետ նոր սերունդն է, որը կարող է դիմակայել 21—րդ դարի մարտահրավերներին։ Կիսագրագետ կամ տգետ կեցվածքով՝ մարտահրավերներին չեն դիմակայում, դիմակայում են ուղեղով եւ ոգով։ Մանկավարժի մասնագիտությունը թիվ մեկ մասնագիտությունն է. եթե բժիշկը բժշկում է մարդու մարմինը, ապա մանկավարժը՝ մարդու ոգին»,— ասաց ԱԺ փոխնախագահ, ՀՊՄՀ խորհրդի անդամ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը՝ մանկավարժական համալսարանում բնագիտամաթեմատիկական ուղղվածությամբ ժամանակակից էլեկտրոնային ընթերցասրահի բացման ժամանակ,- հայտնում է Orer.am-ը։ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը նկատեց, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները, գիտամանկավարժական ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչները, քաղաքացիները միշտ էլ կարեւորել են մրցունակ կրթության առկայությունը Հայաստանում։ Եվ հազարամյակներ շարունակ պետության կայացման գործում գիտությունն ու կրթությունը առանցքային դերակատարություն են ունեցել։ Որպես ՀՊՄՀ շրջանավարտ՝ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը ընդգծեց, որ այս դարաշրջանում տեխնիկապես հագեցած պայմաններով նման ընթերցասրահ ունենալը նպաստում է գիտելիքների ավելի դյուրին ձեռքբերմանը։ «Ամեն օր պետք է կարդալ, սովորել, ինքնակրթվել եւ ինքնազարգանալ, քանզի ով չի կարդում՝ նա գոյություն չունի։ Մանկավարժական համալսարանը այն քիչ բուհերից մեկն է, որ ոչ միայն հնարավորություն է տալիս կրթվելու եւ զարգանալու, այլեւ՝ ստացած կրթությունը կատարելագործելու արտասահմանյան մի շարք առաջատար բուհերում»,— ասաց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ ժամանակ գտնելու դեպքում նա եւս անպայման կայցելի այս ընթերցասրահ։ Էլեկտրոնային, տեխնիկապես գերհագեցած ընթերցասրահում կարելի է գտնել ոչ միայն համապատասխան գրականություն, այլեւ յուրաքանչյուր մասնագիտության համար ստեղծված են շտեմարաններ, որոնք հնարավորություն են տալիս հիմնական եւ օժանդակ գրականության հետ մեկտեղ լայնածավալ օգտագործել նաեւ օտարալեզու գրականություն։ Բուհի ռեկտոր Ռուբեն Միրզախանյանը հավաստիացրեց, որ բուհն օգտագործում է ամեն մի հնարավորություն՝ հնարավորինս շատ գիտելիքներ ուսանողին փոխանցելու համար։ Ուսումնագիտական գծով պրոռեկտոր Սրբուհի Գեւորգյանն էլ նկատեց, որ բուհը վերջին տարիներին շեշտադրել է կրթության նոր բարեփոխումների եւ գիտելիքահեն տնտեսության համատեքստերում էլեկտրոնային գրադարանների առկայությունը, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս ուսանողներին առավել հարմարավետ պայմաններում խորացնել իրենց մասնագիտական հմտություններն ու կարողությունները։ «Ժամանակակից գիտական կոմպետենտային մոտեցման համաձայն՝ ժամանակը դառնում է խնայելու կարեւորագույն գործոն, իսկ նման՝ մասնագիտական, օտարալեզու եւ օժանդակ գրականությամբ հագեցած ընթերցասրահը կնպաստի ուսուցման ռեսուրսների բարելավմանը՝ խնայելով ժամանակը»,—նշեց պրոռեկտորը եւ հավելեց, որ ընթերցասրահի բացումը մեծ ձեռքբերում է ուսանողների համար։ Նշենք, որ վերազինված նորաբաց ընթերցասրահն ունի բնագիտատեխնիկական ուղղվածություն եւ հագեցած է մոտ 4000 միավոր մասնագիտական, օժանդակ եւ օտարալեզու գրականությամբ, ինչպես նաեւ մանկավարժական եւ հոգեբանական բազմաթիվ ուսումնական ձեռնարկներով։ 60 նստելատեղ ունեցող ընթերցասրահում ուսանողները հնարավորություն ունեն օգտվելու նաեւ նոր համակարգիչներից եւ համացանցից։
