Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք ՄԻՊ-ի թեկնածուների թիվը երեքն է, որոնցից երկուսն ընդդիմադիր, իսկ մեկն իշխանական ներկայացուցիչ է:

Պատասխանելով Orer.am-ի այն հարցին՝ ով ավելի լավ կաշխատի որպես ՄԻՊ՝ ընդդիմությա՞ն, թե՞ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչը, ՀՀ-ում առաջին մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Լարիսա Ալավերդյանն ընդգծեց, որ չի կարող ասել, թե ով ավելի լավ կաշխատի որպես մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան, քանի որ, երբ ամեն անգամ նշանակվում էր հերթական ՄԻՊ-ը, լրատվական դաշտը լծվում էր նրանց կողմնակալ լինելուն:

«Կյանքը ցույց է տվել, որ բոլոր մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպաններից հենց իշխանությունն է դժգոհ եղել, այսինքն՝ ՄԻՊ երեք անդամներն էլ բազմիցս ապացուցել են իրենց անկողմնակալությունը: Արդյոք Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը կարող է անաչառությո՞ւն դրսեւորել, թե՞ ոչ, հաշվի առնելով, որ նա ընդդիմադիր գործիչ է, չեմ կարող ասել, կյանքի քննությունը պետք է ցույց տա:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Արման Թաթոյանին, ապա կարող եմ ասել, որ փոխնախարարն իմ ամենալավ աշխատողներից էր եւ շարունակում էր մնալ ամենալավ աշխատողը նաեւ Արմեն Հարությունյանի պաշտոնավարման ժամանակ: Լինելով «Ընդդեմ իրավական կամայականության» ՀԿ-ի գործադիր տնօրեն՝ համագործակցել փոխնախարարի հետ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի որոշ հարցերով ու ստացել եմ սպառիչ ու վերին աստիճանի պրոֆեսիոնալ պատասխաններ:

Որպես իմ նախկին աշխատակից եւ որպես այժմ փոխնախարար՝ ես նրա հասցեին որեւէ բացասական բան չեմ կարող ասել: Այն որակները, որոնք նա կրում է իր մեջ ե´ւ մասնագիտական, ե´ւ մարդկային, բոլորը դրական են»,- ընդգծեց Լ.Ալավերդյանը:

Անդրադառնալով նախկին մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպաններին, իշխանության կողմից նրանց առաջադրված լինելու հանգամանքին եւ կատարած աշխատանքներին՝ տիկին Ալավերդյանն ասաց. «Արմեն Հարությունյանը ներկայացնում էր ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահի անձը Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների ամբողջ գործընթացի ժամանակ, բայց արի ու տես, որ իր արտահերթ զեկույցն այդքան դժգոհություն առաջացրեց, մինչեւ անգամ կոպիտ արտահայտություն հենց երկրորդ նախագահի կողմից:

Ինչ վերաբերում է երրորդ պաշտպանին, ապա նա եւս ընտրվել է՝ առաջարկված լինելով իշխանության կողմից եւ վերջապես ես, ով թեպետ իշխանության մաս չեմ կազմել, բայց իմ թեկնածությունն էլ է իշխանությունն առաջարկել: Ես կխնդրեի չդատել մարդկանց այդ չափանիշով: Ես համոզված եմ, որ մարդու իրավունքների յուրաքանչյուր պաշտպան յուրովի է կատարել իր աշխատանքը, իշխանության խնդիրն է, որ չի կարողանում դիմանալ ՄԻՊ-ի սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումներին»,- ասաց Լ. Ալավերդյանը:
