Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանի ջղաձգումները գնալով ավելի են սրվում և արդեն տարբեր ուղղություններով, ոչ միայն դեպի արևելք, այլ նաև դեպի արևմուտք: Ռուսաստանի ուղղությամբ ջղաձգումներն արդեն սովորական էին դարձել, նույնիսկ այն աստիճանի հասել, որ ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն արդեն երեկ Թուրքիային մեղադրել էր ԻՊ-ի հետ համագործակցելու և փաստացի ահաբեկիչներին աջակցելու մեջ: Բայց պարզվում է՝ Ռուսաստանը միակը չէ, ով Թուրքիային նման ուղղակի կամ ոչ անուղղակի մեղադրանքներ է ներկայացնում, ԱՄՆ Պետդեպի ներկայացուցիչ Ջոն Քիրիբն իր հերթին հայտարարություն էր արել, թե ԱՄՆ-ն Սիրիայի քրդերից կազմված YPG զինված խմբավորումն ահաբեկչական չի համարում: Եվ քանի որ այդ խմբավորումը Թուրքիայի թիրախներից մեկն է, Էրդողանի ջղաձգումներն այդ հայտարարությունից սրվել են, և նա նույնիսկ հարց էր ուղղել ԱՄՆ-ին, թե վերջիններս իրենց հե՞տ են, թե՞ ահաբեկիչների, նաև ահաբեկչական էր անվանել Քրդական աշխատավորական կուսակցությանը: Իհարկե, ԱՄՆ-ի պատասխանը երկար սպասել իրեն չտվեց, ԱՄՆ ԱԳՆ փոխխոսնակ Մարկ Թոները պատասխանեց, որ Սիրիայի քուրդ զինյալներն ահաբեկիչներ չեն, ավելին՝ նրանք պայքարում են ԻՊ-ի դեմ:

Այսինքն՝ ԱՄՆ ԱԳՆ փոխխոսնակի պատասխանից կարելի է հասկանալ հետևյալը՝ Սիրիայի քուրդ զինյալները պայքարում են ահաբեկիչների դեմ, իսկ Թուրքիան, փաստորեն, պայքարում է ահաբեկիչների դեմ պայքարողների դեմ, հետևաբար՝ Թուրքիան աջակցում է ահաբեկչությանը: Իհարկե, Ռուսաստանն այս նույնը ասել էր ուղղակի ձևով, իսկ ԱՄՆ-ն՝ անուղղակի, սակայն երկուսի ասածի բովանդակությունն էլ վերջին հաշվով նույնն է: Էրդողանն էլ դա հասկանում է և ավելի ջղաձգվում:
