Հավանաբար, շատերդ նկատած կլինեք՝ այն օրվանից, երբ չեղարկվեցին Իրանի դեմ նախկինում սահմանված միջազգային տնտեսական պատժամիջոցները, Հայաստանում մի այլ կարգի աժիոտաժ սկսեց տիրել: Մասնավորաբար՝ ԶԼՄ-ներով գրեթե ամեն օր ելույթ էին ունենում և դեռևս շարունակում են ելույթ ունենալ զանազան արևելագետներ, քաղաքագետներ, տնտեսագետներ, որոնց խոսքում մի միտք է կարմիր թելի պես անցնում.Հայաստանը կարող է անփոխարինելի դեր ստանձնել Իրանի և մնացյալ աշխարհի միջև օրեցօր զարգացող տնտեսական կապերի համատեքստում՝ վերածվելով տարանցիկ գոտու: Համաձայնե՛ք, որ այսպիսի հեռանկարը բավական գրավիչ կարող է լինել մեզ համար, մանավանդ եթե հաշվի առնենք այն հանգամանքը, որ մենք ԵՏՄ անդամ երկիր ենք ու, թերևս, ամենահարմար տարանցիկ ուղին, որով կարող է անցնել Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև իրականացվելիք առևտրի հիմնական մայրուղին: Բայց ստիպված ենք եղել բազմիցս համոզվել, որ մի բան են վարդագույն երազազանքները և բոլորովին այլ բան՝ դառն իրականությունը: Իսկ իրականությունը, ինչպես արդեն իսկ կռահեցիք, ամենևին էլ ի օգուտ մեզ չէ. պարզվում է, օրինակ, որ օրերս լոլիկի որոշակի խմբաքանակ արդեն իսկ Իրանից հասել է Ռուսաստան: Մոտ 20 տոննա լոլիկ Իրանի հարավից ավտոմեքենայով տեղափխվել է Դաղստան՝ որպես իր համար տարանցիկ ուղի ունենալով թշնամական Ադրբեջանի տարածքը: Ահա և ձեզ ողջ ճշմարտությունը: Դե ի՞նչ, ցնցվա՞ծ եք, մենք նույնպես: Ա՛յ հենց այսպես էլ վերածվում ենք աշխարհի համար կարևորագույն տարանցիկ նշանակություն ունեցող երկրի: Հետո էլ ասում եք՝ հույս չկա, որ մի օր մեր երկրում ամեն բան լավ է լինելու…Իսկ սա ի՞նչ է, հույս չէ՞…


Սարկազմը՝ սարկազմ, բայց ստիպված ենք ամրագրել այն փաստը, որ մեզ այդպես էլ չի հաջողվում աշխարհին համոզել, որ իրական այլընտրանք կարող ենք հանդիսանալ Ադրբեջանին: Չենք կարողանում ու վերջ: Եվ հարցը բոլորովին նրանում չէ, որ մեր դիվանագետներն այնքան ապաշնորհ են, որ չեն կարողանում պարզ պարսկերենով մարդկանց հասկացնել, որ թուրքն իրենց համար ապագա չէ, այլ այն բանում, որ մենք գուցե պարզապես պիտանի ենթակառուցվածքներ չունենք՝ շուկայում շահավետ առաջարկով հանդես գալու համար: Առանց ճանապարհների, եթե նույնիսկ մենք Եվրամիության անդամ էլ լինեինք, էլի անտեսված էինք մնալու, համոզված եմ. դա աքսիոմա է: Իսկ ի՞նչ եղավ «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» կոչվող մայրուղին, քանի՞ տարի կլինի, որ փորձում ենք իբր կառուցել. ԵՏՄ անդամ լինելն այստեղ ի՞նչ անի, օրինակ, կարո՞ղ եք ասել: Մենք նույնիսկ չենք կարողանում մի կարգին ապրանք արտահանել ՌԴ, ուր մնաց թե վերածվենք կարևորագույն հանգուցային գոտու, շատ չեղա՞վ: Իրանական լոլիկի ֆոնին չափազանց ուշագրավ է հայկականի հետ տեղի ունեցած պատմությունը, երբ բոլորովին վերջերս ռուսները կարանտին էին հայտարարել ու արգելել մեր լոլիկի ներմուծումն իրենց երկիր: Իսկ ինչո՞ւ չարգելեն, երբ ճանապարհին է իրանական թարմ ու արևահամ պտուղ-բանջարեղենը:


Հարկավոր է տագնապ հնչեցնել և սթափ գնահատել ստեղծված իրավիճակն ու ջանք չխնայել՝ Իրանի հետ առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունները զարգացնելու համար, որը կարող է իսկական փրկողակ դառնալ մեր՝ երկարամյա շրջափակումից հյուծված երկրի համար:
