ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում քննարկվել է ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարության 2015 թ. ընթացքում կատարված հիմնական աշխատանքների, ՀՀ կառավարության 2015 թ. գործունեության միջոցառումների ծրագրի, գերակա խնդիրների կատարման և գնահատված կատարողականի հաշվետվությունը:                                         

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ քննարկումների և բանակցությունների արդյունքում 2015թ. սեպտեմբերից վերսկսվել է Իրան-Հայաստան 400 կՎ լարման օդային գծի կառուցման ծրագրի ֆինանսավորումը։ Համաձայն ծրագրի իրականացման ժամանակացույցի, վերոնշյալ օդային գծի կառուցումը  նախատեսվում է ավարտել 24 ամսում: Հայաստան-Վրաստան 400 կՎ լարման էլեկտրա­հաղո րդման օդային գծի կառուցման ծրագրի առաջին երկու փուլերի իրականացման նպատակով ստորագրված վարկային համաձայնագրերի շրջանակներում ներգրավվել է շուրջ 178 մլն եվրո։ Նախատեսվում է նաև դրամաշնորհային ներդրում՝ մինչև 10 մլն եվրոյի չափով, որը կհատկացվի Եվրամիության Հանձնաժողովի կողմից։  Ըստ Է. Զախարյանի՝ մեկնարկել են նաև Հայկական ԱԷԿ-ի շահագործման ժամկետի երկարաձգման համակարգերի և սարքավորումների համալիր զննման աշխատանքները, որոնք նախատեսվում է ավարտել 2016թ. սեպտեմբերին:

Նախարար Զախարյանն, անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի Հանրապեության և Վերակառուցման և զարգացման միջազգային բանկի միջև ստորագրված համաձայնագրին, նշել է, որ 8.55 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար դրամաշնորհի շրջանակներում՝ «Երկրաջերմային հետախուզական հորատման ծրագրի» իրականացման նպատակով մեկնարկել են մերձատար ճանապարհի և հորատման հարթակի շինարարական աշխատանքները, որոնք ընթանում են ըստ ընդունված ժամանակացույցի: Նեղ հորատանցքերի փորման համար հայտարարվել է մրցույթ։

Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը  դրական է գնահատել նախարարության կատարած աշխատանքը,  կարևորել տարբեր ծրագրերի արդյունավետ իրականացումը և  հորդորել հետևողական լինել ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների լուծմանը:
