Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այսօր լրանում է Գուրգեն Մարգարյանի սպանության 12 տարին, իսկ մենք դեռ կաշկանդվում ենք անել միակ ճիշտ հետևությունը։ Մարգարյանի սպանությունը շատ սիմվոլիկ է ու իլյուստրացնում է բոլոր այն պատճառների համամասնությունը, որոնք անհնար են դարձնում Ադրբեջանի հետ ցանկացած խաղաղ կարգավորում։ Ի՞նչ մենք արեցինք այս սպանությունից հետո․ լավ ղալմաղալ արեցինք, հետո մի հատ էլ լավ ղալմաղալ արեցինք, երբ Սաֆարովին արտահանձնեցին, Մարգարյանին հերոսացրեցինք, թեև Գուգեն Մարգարյանի ողբերգական կերպարի պարագայում ավելի տեղին էր անմեղ նահատակ եզրույթը ու․․․ ու էլ ոչինչ։

Մինչդեռ, Գուրգեն Մարգարյանի սպանությունը հստակ ցույց է տալիս, որ մեր հարևան պետությունը կառուցված է տոտալ հայատյացության ու նացիզմի սկզբունքների վրա և տեսանելի ու անտեսանելի հեռնակրում չկա ոչ մի հնարավորություն, այդ ատելությունը չեղարկելու ու տրանսֆորմացնելու։ Ու չի էլ կարող լինել, որտեղ այդ երկրի գոյության իմաստը հիմնավորվում է հայերին ու Հայաստանը ատելով և դա միշտ էլ այդպես է եղել։ Էս ի գիտություն բոլոր նրանց, ով Տեր-Պետրոսյանի լրջանալու մասին լոլոյին չափազանց լուրջ են վերաբերվում ու հավատում են, որ Ադրբեջան պետության հետ կարելի է հաշտության եզրեր գտնել։

Բերեք իրերը կոչենք իրենց անունով․ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը չեն կարող երբևէ խաղաղ գոյակցեն։ Միակ տարբերակը, երբ իրար արյուն չեն թափի, դա արտաքին երկուստեք օկուպացիան է ու չոր վերահսկողությունը ու քանի որ ոչ ոք չի կարող ու չի էլ ուզում երկուստեք օկուպացնել Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը, այս տարբերակը կարելի է դեն նետել, էլ չխոսենք նրա մասին, որ մենք էլ նման օկուպացիա թույլ չենք տա։ Տակը մնում է մի պարզ փաստ․ Հայաստանի անվտանգությունն ու կենսունակությունը հնարավոր կլինի միայն այն դեպքում, երբ Ադրբեջան պետությունը դադարի գոյություն ունենալ՝ որպես էդպիսին։

Չէ, Բաքու գրավել մեզ պետք չի, իրականում Ադրբեջանը կտրոհվի մի քանի պետությունների նույնիսկ ավելի սահմանափակ ռազմական հաջողությունների դեպքում, բայց խնդիրը նրանում է, որ մինչև էդ ամենը, պետք է մեր հանրությունը հստակ գիտակցի, որ մեր անվտանգության ու մեր երեխաների խաղաղության համար, մենք պետք է ոչնչացնենք մեր հարևանին, իսկ դա անհնար է դիվանգիտական եղանակով անել։ Հնարավոր է միայն ու միայն ռազմական եղանակով, այնպես որ, նորից ու նորից․ խաղաղությո՞ւն ես ուզում, ուրեմն պատրաստվիր պատերազմի։
