Հետույքը կամ նստատեղը բացի բնական կարիքը հոգալու միջոց լինելուց, մարմնի հավասարակշռությունը պահելու գործառույթից, ինչպես նաև երբեմն մարմնի գրգռիչ և սեքսուալ մաս հանդիսանալուց անկախ Հայաստանում ձեռք է բերել ևս մեկ ֆունկցիա՝ լավ աշխատանք ապահովելու: Մանրամասնեմ՝ անկախ Հայաստանում հատկապես 90-ականների ցուրտ ու մութ տարիներից հետո, արդեն երկրորդ նախագահի ժամանակաշրջանից սկսած հետույքը լավ աշխատեցնելով կարելի է ստանալ լավ աշխատանք և զբաղեցնել բարձր դիրք: Ահա այսպես անկախացումն իր բոլոր դրական կողմերի հետ մեկտեղ բերեց նաև արժեքների աղավաղում, սկսեցին գնալով ավելի ու ավելի շատ արժեվորվել հետույքները, ավելի կոնկրետ՝ «միասեռական» հետույքները: Առաջին հայացքից կթվա, թե սա անձնական տիրույթ է և պետք է անձեռնմխելի լինի: Եվ իրոք, ու՞մ ինչ գործն է, թե ով ում հետ ինչպիսի ինտիմ հարաբերություններ է ունենում, դա խիստ անձնական է և չպետք է քննարկման առարկա լինի՝ սակայն հասարակ մահկանացուների դեպքում: Բայց իմ խոսքը հասարակ մահկանացուների մասին չէ, այլ հետույքախաղերով պաշտոնյա, նույնիսկ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա դարձած այն անձանց, ովքեր այսօր տնօրինում են մեր ճակատագիրը: Հետևաբար այս դեպքում հետույքը դուրս է գալիս անձնական տիրույթից և մտնում հանրային տիրույթ:
Սա արդեն դարձել է ժողովրդին «ունենալու» դասական ճանապարհներից մեկը. իրենց «առաջ բրթողը» բառիս բուն իմաստով «բրթում» է իրենց, «ունենում», ինչի արդյունքում իրենք ստանում են ժողովրդին «ունենալու» հնարավորություն և սկսում օգտվել այդ հնարավորությունից: Ընդ որում, նրանք իրենց նստատեղի շնորհիվ ոչ միայն կարողանում են «ունենալ» հասարակ մահկանացուների, այլ նաև ունենալ շատ այլ բաներ՝ նյութականի տեսքով: Սա է հետույքով ունենալու արվեստը անկախ Հայաստանում և այս մասին ժամանակ առ ժամանակ փորձեցին բարձրաձայնել ինչ-որ գործիչներ, որոնք որպես կանոն շատ արագ լռեցին՝ հասկանալով, որ իրենք անզոր են հետույքի դեմ:
Երբ այսօր ավագ սերնդի ներկայացուիցիչներից շատերը նոստալգիա են ապրում՝ խորհրդային ժամանակների մասին հիշելով և խոսելով, կարծում եմ, այդ կարոտը ոչ այն սոցիալական ապահովության հետ էր կապված, որը խորհրդային ժամանակ իրականում այդքան էլ բարձր մակարդակի վրա չէր, այլ ավելի շատ՝ կայուն արժեհամակարգի, ինչի բացակայությունն այսօր օր օրի ավելի տագնապալի է դառնում:
Լիարժեք անկախությունը միայն պետության անվանումը փոխելով չի ապահովվում, այլ նաև կայուն արժեհամակարգ ու առողջ հասարակություն ստեղծելով և ունենալով: Լիարժեք անկախ պետությունում նույնիսկ պետական բարձր պաշտոնի անհատը պետք է կարողանա հասնել իր գիտելիքներով, հմտություններով, այլ ոչ թե անալ սեքսում բարձր ունակություններ ցուցաբերելու շնորհիվ: Իսկ սեքսի բոլոր տեսակները լիարժեք պետությունում և հասրակությունում պետք է երբեք չանցնեն անձնական տիրույթի սահմանը, չդառնան մարդկանց ճակատագիրը տնօրինելու միջոց, մեզ համար էլ՝ քննարկման առարկա:
