 Պատրաստման եղանակ
  1. Կարտոֆիլը մաքրում ենք, լվանում և կտրատում։ Եփում ենք աղաջրի մեջ մինչև պատրաստ լինի։ Մինչև կարտոֆիլը եփվի, մաղում ենք ալյուրը:

  2. Ավելացնում ենք 1 բաժակ տաք ջուր, 2 ճ/գդ ձիթայուղ և մի պտղունց աղ։ Հունցում ենք փափուկ և առաձգական խմոր։ Խմորը սննդային թաղանթով ծածկում ենք և թողնում ենք ամբողջովին սառչի։ Այդ ընթացքում սոխը մաքրում ենք, կտրատում և ձիթայուղի մեջ տապակում մինչև թափանցիկ դառնա։ Սխտորը մանր կտրատում ենք։

  3. Շամպինիոնները լվանում ենք, մաքրում և մանր խորանարդներով կտրատում, ավելացնում ենք սոխը և տապակում ենք մինչև պատրաստ լինի։

Ավելացնում ենք մանր կտրատած սխտորը և չիլի պղպեղը `ըստ ճաշակի։ Ավելացնում ենք սոյայի սոուսը,աղացած սև պղպեղը և ծովի աղը`ըստ ճաշակի։ Խաշած կարտոֆիլի ջուրը դատարկում ենք մեկ այլ տարայի մեջ (ջուրը ընթացքում անհրաժեշտ է)։ Կարտոֆիլից խյուս ենք պատրաստում,աստիճանաբար լցնելով ջուրը որի մեջ եփվել է կարտոֆիլը։ Ավելացնում ենք սունկը։ Մաղադանոսը լվանում ենք, չորացնում, մանր կտրատում և լցնում կարտոֆիլի մեջ։ Աղով և պղպեղով համեմում ենք և լավ խառնում։ Սառեցնում ենք։

  5. Խմորը գրտնակում ենք վարենիկների խմորի նման։ Խմորը 11 հավասար մասերի ենք բաժանում։ Աշխատանքային սեղանի վրա ալյուր ենք ավելացնում և կտրած խմորի յուրաքանչյուր կտորը բարակ գրտնակում ենք։ Խմորի մի կեսի վրա 1,5 ճ/գդ միջուկ ենք լցնում։

  6. Խմորի երկրորդ կեսով ծածկում ենք, զգուշորեն սեղմում ենք, որպեսզի չեբուրեկիների մեջ եղած ողջ օդը դուրս գա։ Մատներով եզրերը սեղմում ենք։ Պիցցայի դանակով բոլոր ավելորդ մասերը կտրում ենք և պատառաքաղով եզրերը լավ սեղմում։

  7. Մի քիչ բուսայուղի մեջ չեբուրեկները տապակում ենք մինչև ոսկեգույն դառնան։ Այնուհետև չեբուրեկները դնում ենք անձեռոցիկի վրա, որպեսզի ավելորդ ձեթը անձեռոցիկի մեջ ներծծվի։

  8. Մատուցում ենք անմիջապես։

Շատ համեղ է թարմ բանջարեղենային աղցանի կամ պարզապես, թարմ բանջարեղենի հետ։ Չնայած այն բանի, որ խմորի մեջ ձու, կարագ և այլն չկա, խմորը շատ բարակ ու փափուկ է ստացվել, բայց շատ խրթխրթան պղպջակային կեղևով :)

Ի դեպ, չեբուրեկի պատրաստելիս, եթե պահքի մեջ չեք, կարող եք միջուկը ըստ ցանկության փոփոխել։ Շատ համեղ կլինի տավարի ֆարշով լցոնած տարբերակը։ Բայց, այսպես էլ շատ համեղ է :)
