ՀԲ-ից վերցված 30 մլն դոլարի վարկը մարելու են ընկերությունները, ոչ թե պետությունը. Երվանդ Զախարյան

Համաշխարհային բանկից վերցված 30 մլն դոլարի վարկը, որն ուղղված է լինելու է էներգետիկ համակարգի ընկերությունների պարտքի մարմանը, պետությունը չի մարելու: Կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանից լրագրողները հետաքրքվեցին, թե ինչո՞ւ պետք է ՀԷՑ-ի պարտքերը մարելու համար ՀՀ կառավարությունը վարկ վերցնի Համաշխարհային բանկից, ինչին ի պատասխան նախարարն ասաց. «Պետությունը չի մարելու այդ վարկը, այլ ընկերություններն՝ իրենց միջոցների հաշվին: Ո՞վ է ասել, որ պետությունն է տալու այդ վարկը, նման բան ո՞վ  է ասել: Պետությունը թույլ է տալիս, որ ընկերություններն այդ վարկը վերցնեն»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Լրագրողների դիատրկմանը՝ այդ պարտքերը կուտակվել են, քանի որ ՀԷՑ-ը ժամանակին չի վճարել ոլորտի ընկերություններին՝ արտադրած էլեկտրաէներգիայի դիմաց. այդ դեպքում ինչո՞ւ նախորդ տարի էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը թանկացավ, նախարարը պատասխանեց. «Ոչ բոլոր պարտքերն են ՀԷՑ-ինը: Մենք թանկ չենք վճարում, այդ վարկերը տրամադրվում են ցածր տոկոսներով և որևէ ազդեցություն, ես արդեն մի քանի անգամ կրկնել եմ, սակագների վրա դա չի ունենա: Բացի այդ, ամբողջ 30 մլն դոլարը վարկը վճարվելու է ընկերությունների կողմից, պետությունը դրա վերաբերյալ որևէ պարտավորություն չունի»:

Մյուս ճշտող հարցին՝ այդ դեպքում ինչո՞ւ է կառավարությունը վարկ վերցնում, Երվանդ Զախարյանն ասաց, որ բացի դրանից, կան նաև ընկերությունների չվճարված պարտավորություններ, սակայն չնշեց, թե դրանք որ ընկերություններն են: Ըստ Զախարյանի՝ տարբեր ընկերություններ չեն վճարել, որոնց անուններն ինքը չի կարող նշել: Նախարարը խորհուրդ տվեց մանրամասն պարզաբանումների համար դիմել նախարարություն:
