Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը պաշտոնական Երևանի հետ ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունն իրականացնում է թափանցիկ` համապատասխան բոլոր միջազգային պայմանագրերի:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Ռիա-նովոստի»-ն, այդ մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան` մեկնաբանելով Հայաստանին ռազմամթերք մատակարարելու համար պաշտոնական Բաքվի կողմից ներկայացված բողոքի նոտան:

«Մենք արդեն դիվանագիտական խողովակներով համապատասխան տեղեկատվություն ենք ներկայացրել ադրբեջանական կողմին, Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի հետ կապված է դաշնակցային հարաբերություններով, նրա հետ զարգացնում է այդ թվում  նաև ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցություն:

Մենք հուսով ենք` դա ըմբռնումով կընկալվի Ադրբեջանի կողմից:  Մենք այդ համագործակցությունը ծավալում ենք չթաքցնելով այն` թափանցիկ,  բաց. սա հայտնի փաստ է: Միաժամանակ, ինչպես Հայաստանին, այնպես էլ բարեկամ Ադրբեջանին ռազմաթմերքի յուրաքանաչյուր մատակարարում մեր կողմից իրականացվում է` հաշվի առնելով տարածաշրջանում ուժերի հավասարակշռության պահպանման անհրաժեշտությունը»,- ասել է Զախարովան:

Նրա խոսքով` ռազմաթերքի մատակարարման հարցում Ռուսաստանը պահպանում ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորությունները, գործում է ազգային արտահանման վերահսկողության համակարգի խիստ շրջանակներում:

Ռուսաստանը նախորդ շաբաթ հրապարակել էլ 200 մլն դոլարի վարկի շրջանակում Հայաստանին մատակարարվող ռազմամթերքի ցանկը, ինչի հետո Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարությունը բողոքի նոտա էր հղել ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ին:
