Կրթական համակարգի ապակուսակցականացումը լինելու է Լևոն Մկրտչյանի առաջնահերթությունը

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նորանշանակ նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանի համար առաջնահերթություն է լինելու կրթական համակարգի ապակուսակցականացումը: Այդ մասին Մկրտչյանը նշեց պաշտոնավորության առաջին օրը` փետրվարի 25-ին, կառավարության նիստից հետո:

Հարցին, թե ինչ է արվելու, որպեսզի դպրոցներն իրենց մանկավարժական կոլեկտիվներով ներգրավված չլինեն ընտրական գործընթացների մեջ, Կրթության և գիտության նախարարն ասաց, որ կփորձի դպրոցները հնարավորինս զերծ պահել ընտրական գործընթացներից: «Դա մի փոքր բարդ է, նույն տնօրենները, ուսմասվարներն այն մարդիկ են, ովքեր ուզեն թե չուզեն տվյալ գյուղում ընտրական գործընթացներում պետք է ընդգրկված լինեն, բայց որ պետք է կրթական համակարգն իսկապես ապակուսակցականացնել և փորձել, որ տնօրենն ու ուսուցիչը զբաղվի հիմնական գործունեությաmբ, դա մեզ համար առաջնահերթ է»,- ասաց նա:

Անդրադառնալով դիտարկմանը, որ նախկինում իր պաշտոնավարման տարիներն ասոցացվում են օպտիմալացման ծրագրի հետ, Մկրտչյանը նշեց, որ օպտիմալացման ծրագիրը չի կարելի կապել մեկ կամ երկու նախարարի անվան հետ, այդ ծրագիրն ամբողջ գործունեության ընթացքում է:

Նրա խոսքով՝  «օպտիմալացում» բառն արդարաբար ժողովրդի մոտ բացասական է ընկալվում, բայց գոյություն ունի ինստիտուցիոնալ խոշորացման և համապատասխանեցման ծրագիր: «Թե այդ քաղաքականության ընթացքում ինչն է հաջողվել, ինչը երբեմն նաև չի հաջողվել, այդ խնդիրները կան: Բայց որ ուշադրո6թյան կենտրոնում համար առաջին խնդիրը պետք է լինի դպրոցն ու ուսուցիչը, պետք է փորձենք և՛ բյուրոկրատական քաշքշուկներից ազատել, և՛թողնել մարդիկ իրենց կրթության որակի խնդիրներով զբաղվեն»,- ընդգծեց Լևոն Մկրտչյանը:

ՀՀ Նախագահի նստավայրում փետրվարի 24-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության և Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն կուսակցության միջև կնքվել է Քաղաքական համագործակցության համաձայնագիր: Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության կողմից այն ստորագրել է ՀՀԿ նախագահի տեղակալ Արմեն Աշոտյանը, Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցության կողմից՝ ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի Գերագույն մարմնի ներկայացուցիչ Աղվան Վարդանյանը: Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար է նշանակվել Արծվիկ Մինասյանը, Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար` Դավիթ Լոքյանը, Կրթության և գիտությա ն նախարար` Լևոն Մկրտչյանը:
