Ինչո՞ւ ՀՅԴ-ն ընտրեց Սերժ Սարգսյանին

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՅԴ-ական Արմեն Ռուստամյանը ԱԺ ճեպազրույցների ընթացքում հայտարարել է, թե ՀՀԿ-ի հետ իրենց համագործակցությունն ուղղված չէ երրորդի դեմ: Երրորդ կողմ ասելով՝ Ռուստամյանը նկատի է ունեցել երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին, քանի որ պատասխանել է այդ մասին լրագրողների հարցերին:

ՀՅԴ-ականը դրական է գնահատել Քոչարյանի հետ իրենց համագործակցությունը եւ ասել, որ նրա կառավարման տարիները վատ տարիներ չեն եղել: Ռուստամյանը հայտարարել է, որ այսօր իրենք գտել են գործընկեր, որի հետ համագործակցում են:

Փաստորեն, ՀՅԴ-ական պատգամավորը ինչ-որ առումով նաեւ որոշակի մեղադրական ակնարկ է հնչեցնում Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հասցեին: Համենայն դեպս հարց է առաջանում՝ ՀՅԴ-ն ՀՀԿ-ի կամ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ գործընկերություն սկսեց, որովհետեւ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանից այդպես էլ չստացա՞վ որեւէ առաջարկ: Համենայն դեպս, դաշնակցական գործչի հայտարարությունից կա նման տպավորություն:

ՀՅԴ-ն բավական երկար ժամանակ սպասողական վիճակում էր, եւ անգամ կտրուկ քայլ արեց եւ սրեց հարաբերությունները Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ հայ-թուրքական արձանագրությունների ֆոնին, սակայն այդպես էլ որեւէ քայլ չտեսավ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանից: Եվ ահա դրանից հետո ՀՅԴ-ն ոչ միայն երիտասարդ, այլեւ ըստ էության 125-ամյա զառամյալ թոշակառուի կարգավիճակում վերջնականապես չհայտնվելու համար էլ որոշեց համագործակցել Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ՝ հույսը կտրելով Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանից:

Այս տեսանկյունից, իհարկե, Դաշնակցությունն իրավացի է, երբ նշում է, որ համագործակցությունը Քոչարյանի դեմ չէ: Խնդիրն այն է, եթե Դաշնակցությունը Քոչարյանի համար որեւէ նշանակություն ուներ որպես քաղաքական գործիք, ապա այդ նշանակությունը պետք է որեւէ կերպ դրսեւորվեր եւ չկառուցվեր միայն համատեղ անցյալի վրա: Իսկ եթե կար համատեղ անցյալից բացի համատեղ ներկա, ապա հազիվ թե Սերժ Սարգսյանին հաջողվեր այդքան հեշտ կազմաքանդել այդ ներկան: Սա նշանակում է, որ ոչ թե ՀՅԴ-ն հրաժարվեց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանից, այլ երեւի թե ՀՅԴ-ն ընտրեց Սերժ Սարգսյանին այն բանից հետո, երբ լիովին համոզվեց, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը հրաժարվել է իշխանական ամբիցիաներից:

Այստեղ խնդիրն այն է, որ Քոչարյանը, լինելով համակարգի առանցքային դեմքերից մեկը, հիանալի պատկերացնում էր, որ իշխանական ամբիցիաներ իրացնելու համար իրեն հարկավոր է երկու առանցքային հենարան՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյան եւ ՀՀԿ: Երկրորդ նախագահը այդպես էլ չկարողացավ իրացնել այստեղ իր ունեցած հնարավորությունները: Եթե Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի դեպքում իրավիճակը էապես մոտեցավ 50/50-ի, ապա ՀՀԿ-ի դեպքում այն զգալիորեն հեռու մնաց այդ սահմանից: Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի տարբեր ակնարկներին ՀՀԿ-ից չեղավ բավարար արձագանք, որը նրան թույլ կտար հող շոշափել ոտքի տակ: ՀՅԴ-ն ընդամենը կարող էր հերթական անգամ օգտվել Քոչարյանի իշխանության գալուց, սակայն լուծել այդ հարցը Դաշնակցությունն անկարող էր: Եվ այժմ ՀՅԴ-ն ընդամենը չցանկացավ արժանանալ նրա ճակատագրին եւ չցանկացավ ձեռքից բաց թողնել գուցեեւ վերջին հնարավորությունը»:
