 Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության եւ «Դաշնակցության» միջեւ կնքված համաձայնագիրը ենթադրում է շարունակական համագործակցություն, որի հիմքում Հայաստանի պետական կառավարման համակարգի փոփոխությունն է: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Արմենպրեսը, այս մասին փետրվարի 27-ին ասուլիսում նշեց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբ ակցության անդամ Լեռնիկ Ալեքսանյանը: Նա շեշտեց, որ դա կուսակցությունների «միացում» չէ, այլ համագործակցություն միասնական նպատակի շուրջ:

«Համաձայնության եկած երկու քաղաքական ուժերի համար հրատապ խնդիր է պետական կառավարման համակարգի փոփոխությունը, ինչն ամրագրվել է նոր Սահմանադրությամբ: Բացի այդ, ՀՀԿ-ն ու ՀՅԴ-ն ունեն նաև գաղափարական շոշափման կետեր»,- ասաց պատգամավորը:

Ալեքսանյայի խոսքով՝ կուսակցությունների ուժը այս քաղաքական կառույցներում ընդգկված մարդկանց քանակով չի գնահատվում: Կուսակցությունը պետք է նախ եւ առաջ ունենա պոտենցիալ, գաղափարներ և լավ առաջնորդներ:

«Մենք պետական ինստիտուտների կայացման խնդիր ունենք, որպեսզի կարողանանք լուծել նաեւ  համազգային խնդիրները: Սակայն, քանի դեռ չեն լուծվել ներքաղաքական խնդիրները, Հայաստանի քաղաքականությունը արտաքին հարաբերություններում թույլ է լինելու»,- հավելեց նա:

Բացի դրանից, ՀՀԿ պատգամավորի կարծիքով, արտաքին գործոնները թելադրում են տարբեր ուժերի ներկայությունը քաղաքական դաշտում, որպեսզի խնդիրները լուծվեն նաև միջազգային հանրության շրջանակներում: «Դաշնակցությունը» որոշակի ազդեցություն եւ ռեսուրսներ ունի նաև այդ հարցում:

Գերագույն խորհրդի նախկին պատգամավոր Ազատ Արշակյանը, սակայն, կարծիք հայտնեց, որ ՀՀԿ-ն և ՀՅԴ-ն գաղափարական, տնտեսական և արտաքին քաղաքականության հարցերում անհամատեղելի մոտեցումներ ունեն, իսկ նրանց շահերը բոլորովին տարբեր են:

«Ծանր բուրժուազիայից հետո իշխանության պետք է գան սոցիալիստները: Դա կլինի սահուն գաղափարական, սոցիալ-տնտեսական իշխանափոխություն՝ առանց հեղափոխության»,- հավելեց նա:
