Մեզ պետք է հետաքրքրեր, թե ինչո՞ւ են Հայաստանում ինքնասպանությունների թիվը ավելանում, բայց մենք մի տեսաք անտարբեր ենք այդ հարցի նկատմամբ:
Պատճառներից մեկի մասին մի քանի օր առաջ եմ խոսել, դա ինքնասպանությունների դեպքերի լուսաբանումն է: Մարդիկ շատ ժամանակ ինքնասպան են լինում կամ ինքնասպանության փորձ են կատարում, որպեսզի լսված լինեն, այս դեպերքը բացառելու համար, պետք է բացառենք նաև լուսաբանում:

Հայաստանում մոտ Հոգեբանի մոտ գնալը խնդիր է: Հասարակությունը հոգեբուժ և հոգեբան տերմինները հավասարեցրել է իրար: Շատ ժամանակ ինքնասպանության առաջին փորձից հետո, մարդիկի դիմում են երկրորդ քայլին և մաքրում են հաշիվները կյանքի հետ: Սա արդեն անգործության հետևանք է, առաջին փորձից հետո, եթե բարեկամները տանեն սթրեսի մեջ գտնվողին հոգեբանի մոտ, խնդիրը կարող է լուծվել, բայց չէ, «մեր էրեխեն հո գիժ չի, բանա եղել ա անցավ», նախադասությունից հետո, մի օր գտնում են իրենց էրեխուն երակները բացած:
