Այսօր ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի էթիկայի հանձնաժողովը փակ նիստում քննարկեց ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, երգչուհի Շուշան Պետրոսյանի դեմ ներակայացված դիմումի քննությունը,- հայտնում է Orer.am-ը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ պատգամավորին կարգապահական տույժի ենթարկելու համար ԱԺ էթիկայի հանձնաժողով էր դիմել իրավապաշտպան Արթուր Սաքունցը, ով գտնում է, որ Շուշան Պետրոսյանի` ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատեր Գայանե Շահինյանի մեկնաբանության տակ արված մեկնաբանությունը, այս պարագայում` պատգամավորի մեկնաբանությունը, հակասում է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգի 6.1 հոդվածի 2 կետին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի հասցեին հնչեցված մեղադրանքներին ի պաշտպանություն` պատգամավորուհին գրել էր. «Չհամարձակվես գարշելի երախդ բացել ու նման էժան ու հավուղեղ մակարդակի արտահայտվել երկրիս, մեր բանակի, մեր Պաշտպանության նախարարի մասին, ուշադիր լսի, աչքերդ կհանեմ, ու ոնց ուզում ես` արձագանքի, ԼԱԿՈՏ»:

Այսօր արդեն ԱԺ էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Խոսրով Հարությունյանը պարզաբանեց, թե ինչ են քննարկել եւ ինչ որոշում են ընդունել հանձնաժողովի անդամները:

«Օգտատեր Գայանե Շահինյանը բավականին կոշտ մտքեր էր արտահայտել, որին արձագանքել էր պատգամավոր Շուշան Պետրոսյանը՝ փորձելով սաստել նրա մտքերի ընթացքը: Մեզ դիմել էր Սաքունցը՝ գտնելով, որ պատգամավորի վարքը հակասում է Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգի 6.1 հոդվածի 2 կետի պահանջներին, այն է՝ հարգել օրենքը եւ պահպանել էթիկայի կանոնները, եւ առաջարկում էր քննարկել հարցը»,- բացատրեց Հարությունյանը՝ հավելելով, որ հանձնաժողովն արձանագրել է` երկխոսությունը տեղի է ունեցել սոցիալական ցանցում, որտեղ ձեւավորվում են բացարձակապես միջանձնային հարաբերություններ. «Մենք նույնիսկ խորհրդատվություն ենք արել փաստաբանների հետ` պարզելու համար, թե որ դեպքում «աչքերդ կհանեմ, լակոտ» արտահայտությունը կարող են դիտվել որպես սպառնալիք:

Փաստաբանները հիմնականում փաստում են հետեւյալը. հաշվի առնելով Շուշան Պետրոսյանի էությունը՝ նրա խոսքերը չեն կարող դիտարվկել որպես սպառնալիք, այլ դրանք պարզապես սաստելու փորձ են»,- ասաց Հարությունյանը:
